Charming 65 m2 basement apartment in a picturesque residential area in Mölndal, centrally located near Gothenburg. We make the beds and clean the apartment at no extra charge. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher and seating. There are 2-3 bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, one with two single beds. There is a single bed in the living room as well as an extra double bed in the large entrance room if needed. You live in the apartment, which is equipped with Wi-Fi. We welcome guests over 25 years of age. We hosts live upstairs.

Välkommen till en nybyggd stuga i två våningar, belägen i gröna och lugna Toltorpsdalen. Här bor du bekvämt med närhet till stadens puls, men samtidigt med naturen runt hörnet. Parkering finns på tomten och även möjlighet till elbilsladdning. Toltorpsdalen är ett lugnt och lummigt område nära både Göteborg och exempelvis nöjesparken Liseberg. Dalen ligger mellan två naturreservat, Safjället och Änggårdsbergen, som övergår till Botaniska trädgården.

Welcome to our rural accommodation in the heart of Mölndal! We welcome pets! We will walk your dogs if you are away for more than 5 hours. Part of house with own entrance. Stove, timber walls, patio, charging box, parking can usually be arranged. The property is located at the foot of Störtfjället (63 steps).
