One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The location is highly appreciated by our guests, very close to all amenities and not far from the lake. The bus stop is at the door of the house. We are equipped with an elevator that leads directly from the entrance to the floors. Parking garage in the basement.

Available car parking in the private garden. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, oven, fridge, freezer and cleaning utensils. Bed linen, sheets, blankets, pillows and hairdryers are also available in the apartment.

VERDE ACQUA is an ancient dwelling protected by the fine arts that has just been renovated. This elegant accommodation is located in a small and characteristic village surrounded by greenery, a stone's throw from the lake. The GREEN apartment is on the second floor and consists of a full bathroom with window, a large living area with sofa bed and a large bedroom with sofa and a lovely lake view.

It has been renewed with traditional materials in order to keep the flavour of the rural downs and the harmony with the landscape. Vacation on the Moandlhof farm

The Moandl farm has been in the Goller family for over 100 years. Traditionally, we live from dairy farming and in December 2016 we started offering farm holidays in our newly built farmhouse for the first time.
