It was a very nice stay in the vacation home. Our daughter especially liked the proximity to the horses and that she was allowed to pet and even feed them at any time. Angi was very nice and warm.

Wonderful house in peace and beautiful nature. Everybody comes to sit in their own corner and then we just lost each other. Being Anna and Max very welcoming and sweet. This will make you feel immediately welcome and at home. Lovely pampering will complete it all.

A wonderfully quiet place, where there is plenty of space for you and who you are there. Extremely nice host, tells a lot about the house and if you want to do about the area also what to do. Together with my husband we spent 2 nights here. Definitely a place to remember.

The house was amazing. Was as described in the photo. Marcus was very flexible with check in and checkout timing. The supermarkets were walkable distance from the accomodation. Its located in the quiet location and very close to netherlands border. The house had everything we needed and lots of space for a family of 4. Thankyou Marcus for having us. It was a great accommodation for our family of four. We were guests for a week and felt very comfortable in the very well-equipped apartment. The contact with the landlord was flawless. For our visit to Phantasialand and other activities in the area, the location was ideal: Super connection to the A3 and yet quiet. Recommended.

If we could, we would book regularly from now on instead of buying a vacation home ourselves. But the small tiny house with pool and garden is probably very popular. Staying with Barbara and Frank was really great. We felt very comfortable, had everything we needed and recovered well. Thank you for the hospitality. The apartment was really great. The garden is so well maintained and a great environment for walking and jogging.

This place is the perfect getaway for a peaceful time surrounded by nature. Situated by a forest and fields it is perfect for long walks and quiet days. The dogs and I loved it. Markus and Carina are great hosts, very responsive and easy to talk to. The place is simple, yet cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back any time. Thank you for hosting us!

Definitely recommended. Beautiful, new apartment equipped with all comforts (no microwave unfortunately, but a luxury (steam)oven). If you want to use the sofa bed, bring an eye patch. Location is very good. We will go there again soon!

We felt very comfortable at Patricia's and had a very relaxing time in Bochum. The house is as described, very spacious and cozy. The communication with the host was impeccable and very friendly. We were completely satisfied, especially the many bathrooms and toilets made the stay with 6 girls much easier!

From the very beginning, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome here. The apartment is not only clean, modern and very well equipped, but also furnished with so much attention to detail that we immediately felt like we were arriving in a real home. The kitchen is perfect for cooking, the bed is super comfortable, and the cozy atmosphere has always welcomed us after long days. Rani and Steffen were extremely accommodating, helpful and quickly accessible throughout our stay – whether for small questions or support. The location of the apartment is also ideal: quiet, but still well connected, with shopping, cafés and public transport in the immediate vicinity. We will miss the apartment very much! Thank you!!

Everything was great, nothing similar to be found for the price, everything you need is already available I can highly recommend all of this and would be happy to stay here again next year :)

The place is very special. We enjoyed the loft-like apartment in retro style. The location is fantastic, right on the Niers, which invites you to go for a walk and is very well accessible by bus. Jens is super friendly and helpful. Communication worked smoothly.
