The apartment is super connected and located in a new development with all the latest standards. S-Bahn and tram within walking distance. Slight signs of wear and defects distributed throughout the apartment. Great communication with tips and tricks for the city!

The apartment is very spacious and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The terrace is huge. Water, coffee and hot chocolate were provided to us. We lacked nothing. Patrick was a very friendly host. Thank you! We will be happy to come back.

Michael is a nice host and was always easily accessible. The location of the accommodation is top, within walking distance to downtown. Very quiet residential area. There is even a small terrace that you can use. The kitchen is somewhat small and cramped Since I was traveling alone, I still had enough space. A big praise to Michael for the cleanness of the apartment. I would come back anytime.

Wonderful overnight stay - absolutely recommended! I had a fantastic time staying at this place! I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, and it was immediately clear how much love for detail is put into this place. The apartment was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need - from comfortable beds to a small, well-stocked kitchen. I particularly liked the quiet location, which was nevertheless very central – perfect for exploring the surroundings. Also, the communication with the host was super friendly and uncomplicated, I felt completely comfortable and welcome. I would highly recommend staying here and would come back anytime! When I arrived at the accommodation, I did not have to wait long and Karim was there quickly and showed me everything and then handed me the keys. I was there for 3 days with my boyfriend, and we enjoyed the time together very much, and felt very comfortable there, because it was really a quiet place. The bedding was so cozy, we slept very well. I can really recommend Karim's accommodation to everyone, and we will hopefully be back there soon.

We were here for an extended weekend and for such an occasion the apartment is quite wonderful. The house is in a relatively quiet residential area, not far from the train. In the village center, there are shops and a delicious bakery. The apartment is sufficiently equipped, many things have been thought of (e.g. matches next to the lantern), in addition, the guest can expect a cool beer in the kitchen. The stay was great, thanks to Reinhard!

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is beautifully furnished and we lacked nothing. Communication was straightforward and our questions were answered quickly and competently. The location of the apartment is in a quiet residential area, free parking is available right outside the door and you can quickly reach the nearest supermarket. Cologne is very easy to reach. we spend a week with our 3 Kids at the flat. İt was huge enough so everyone had they're privacy. beds and bathtoom was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. (Thanks for all the coffee by the way). İt has a large terrace wich is a fun when you have the sun. The flat is near the road but it was very very quit.We had an electric car and could use the wall box to charge it for a fair price which was a big advantage for us. We got always very quick response from Emil when we had a question. Would definitely recommend Emils flat and be glad to stay again.

Those who want to distance themselves from the city and enjoy their free time will find a small paradise in this apartment. For an apartment in a multi-family house, this apartment is one of the best addresses in all of NRW. Although I was only on site for one night for work, I felt absolutely welcome and at home from the beginning. I travel a lot for work and therefore know many BnBs! This apartment is really a little oasis and an absolute recommendation! Ok. The underground parking was not so easy to find at first, because the whole residential complex is a bit angled. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the 3rd floor. None of that matters once you open the door. I was very satisfied, also with the entire communication. For me, this apartment is an absolute favorite. I'll be back!

This accommodation was by far the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. The pictures in the advertisement hardly do justice to the lovingly furnished apartment - everything looks much more inviting and cozy on site. The surroundings are quiet, idyllic and simply beautiful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel good and live. Communication was also straightforward and cordial at all times. We will definitely be back!

Great, quiet town. Easy access to tourist centers, Cologne and Düsseldorf, etc. Modern, clean apartment. There is everything you need for life. The host is a responsive, sociable person, always available.

Our stay was very nice. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures. The apartment was very clean and in pristine condition. Another plus was of course the pool and sauna. Umut was always available, immediately helpful and an absolutely perfect host. Communication was always without problems and no questions or requests remained unanswered. I would stay there again at any time. ☺️

Flexible checking in, could easily arrive late at night. Clean room with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly owner. Would come again!

We had a great stay at Wilfried's, his apartment is as described and you will feel at home. You can easily find places to park around the building and the shops are not very far away. You could find a moment of tranquility by going to the pool which is also in the building.

It was my first time in Germany. From the beginning she was very helpful to gave me the all instruction about public transportation. Her Husband Rodrigo also very kind. The house is beautiful, safe, near to tram and train station. She speaks English very well to communicate. Everything was perfect with this place. If I will visit Cologn, I will choose here again and again.

Great location for me going to a conference all week at the Messe. Close to bus stop from the Flughafen Düsseldorf, and the streetcar either into town or to the Messe. Lots of options like ride sharing, bike and scooter sharing. The apartment was in a great building with very nice people. The apartment was just as described in the listing. Very clean and I felt at home.
