This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

Wonderful stay! The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The drive on the gravel lane back to the cabin was scenic, and the cabin was easy to find. Check in was easy. The cabin is brand new and spotless with nice decor. We had everything that we needed for a very relaxing weekend. The kitchen has any cooking gadget you will need. We appreciated having coffee and creamer and really enjoyed drinking coffee on the front porch listening to the sound of birds. If you are looking for a peaceful cabin, close to all the hiking and fun----look no further. This is it!

Whitetail country cabin with hunting potential

My family and I have stayed here twice now. The first time we came was last June for our sons 4th birthday. As soon as we walked in we knew we would be back. Its as if you're walking into your childhood home all over again down to thw apple plates. We felt cozy and right where we belonged. Dave and Bridget were always friendly and sweet. We cant wait to plan our next stay before the summer season is up. 10/10. Reccomend to anyone to stay here!

Such a cute little place to stay! Enjoyed hiking hocking hills all day and then came back and was able to build a fire to relax by! Super private. Only bad thing was my son scaring the crap outta me when I was walking to the bathroom lol.

Very nice, private spot. Well-equipped kitchen with lots of excellent spices and seasonings. Very nice back deck that is surrounded by peaceful woods. Closest neighbor is in sight but distant, we never saw another person. Beds are comfortable and sheets are in great shape. My family enjoyed the foot massage machine and the Nintendo Switch. Nice little firepit area, grab a bundle of wood on your way at a roadside stand (bring cash). Note to travelers, phone signal service around HH is iffy; know your roads and addresses and general areas.
