My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Sperlonga. We are in via salette where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house by the sea. The house is 90 sqm with large outdoor space and garden and consists of: large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one outside. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas to fully enjoy the sea in Sperlonga.

Beautiful and old apartment by the sea. The beach is in fact at 10 meters from the old building, and the apartment is also surrounded by a marvellous garden where you find 2 of the 3 sleeping rooms. Enjoy a stay in the strategical area just near the shopping area, the beach and the marvellous Castello Aragonese. A walk is easy to the harbour and There is a parking place not included. What a beautiful place to stay, and the location was amazing! Genuine Waterfront Mediterranean home in Villa between Rome and Naples, Lounge panoramic garden whit stunning seaview, Relax, family, holidays in warm weather. Comfortable access to the near sandy Serapo Beach, water not deep is perfect for snorkeling, kids. The house felt like an Oasi of quiet and calm after a day in the near city.
