L'appartamento è davvero molto bello e pulito, inoltre possiede lo stile di Cinzia, una persona che ama la sincerità e la semplicità, nonché la bellezza della natura. È sempre stata disponibile alle richieste e ha sempre fornito suggerimenti utili. Consiglio vivamente questo luogo, essenziale e comodo, sia per chi voglia trascorrere giornate in montagna che al mare, facilmente accessibile ma restando un po' fuori dalle classiche rotte turistiche.

Es war eine Unterkunft in einem Wohnviertel am Rande von Recco, der Fußmarsch 👍🏻ohne Steigungen , Verkehrs belebt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf dem Weg zur Wohnung, … gefühlt ein Urlaubsort von Italienern bevorzugt…wunderschöne Wanderungen vom Ort aus möglich…Strandnähe 20 Minuten zu Fuß… Ein schöner authentischer Ort, in dem auch das Leben außerhalb vom Tourismus stattfindet…

Appartamento grande e pulitissimo, con tutto il necessario, a pochi passi dalla stazione, dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Host super gentile, indicazioni precise, è venuto a salutarci alla nostra partenza. Grazie!!

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Would 100% recommend staying. Apartment was immaculately clean and very modern interior. Hosts were attentive and provided local recommendations. Good location.

Alloggio molto carino e in posizione centralissima, perfetto per visitare la città a piedi. L'interno è pulito, ordinato e accogliente, con tutto il necessario anche per un soggiorno più lungo (noi purtroppo siamo rimasti solo pochi giorni). La zona è piena di locali, ristoranti e molto comoda anche per chi vuole spostarsi in treno o in bus. Il nostro host è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. Unico piccolo aspetto da tenere in conto sono i rumori notturni, ma è del tutto normale se si sceglie una zona così viva e centrale. In generale esperienza super positiva, consigliatissimo!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Gianfranco’s place. The space was spotless and had all the stated equipment. The bed was comfortable (the pull-out sofa too), and we appreciated the fast Wi-Fi. The location was ideal — a 10-minute walk from both the station and the ferry dock, with numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Gianfranco was a fantastic host: communicative, friendly, and always available to respond to questions. He even took the time to inform us that a fireworks/drone show would be taking place on our second night there. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war super einfach und angenehm – wir haben uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben: sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns der wunderschöne Garten und die gut eingerichtete Küche – perfekt, um sich auch mal selbst etwas Leckeres zu kochen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Elisa!

My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Erika est très sympathique et fait son maximum pour nous satisfaire: logement très propre et joliment décoré, fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire, plein de victuailles et de petites attentions, des recommandations concernant tout ce qu'il est possible de faire à Gênes et dans les environs, reste hyper disponible selon nos besoins, etc... Très agréable de revenir dans cet environnement calme et verdoyant après avoir été en ville. Nous nous sommes déplacés en bus et en métro en laissant la voiture à la place qui lui est réservée, c'était très facile. En quittant le logement, nous nous sommes aventurés sur les collines en prenant une route indiquée par Erika en face du restaurant à proximité, la vue sur les collines verdoyantes, Gênes et la mer est superbe.

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Olive Press Lodge - leider zu kurz. Das Anwesen ist so schön und liebevoll gepflegt, wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir wurden von Thomas sehr freundlich und offen empfangen und er hatte auch in den kommenden Tagen stets ein offenens Ohr, hatte kostbare Tipps und war hilfbereit - auf eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Weise. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass sie nebenan wohnen, wir fühlten uns zu Hause und Willkommen. Das Haus selber hat alles, was man braucht, man kann sich sofort wohl und angekommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch Regentage und haben es genossen, dass es drin so geräumig und so gemütlich ist. Die Olivenhaine drumherum und der schöne Garten, der, wie alles, liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet und gepflegt ist, runden das Ganze wundervoll ab. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und ich kann jedem diesen wunderbaren Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

El lugar es excelente, esta muy bien ubicado, es moderno y tiene cocina completa, lavarropa y todas las comodidades para sentirse como en casa. Repetiría la experiencia sin duda. Barbara es muy amorosa y nos dejo incluso hacer el check in antes de tiempo estipulado, pero también nos ofreció dejar las maletas en el caso de no poder adelantar el checkin. Sinceramente un 10. 💎

Viajamos dos adultos y dos niños de 6 y 9 años. El alojamiento correcto y muy cómodo, Cosimo es un gran anfitrión, siempre atento y predispuesto a que nuestra estancia fuera excelente. La ubicación es muy buena si buscas alejarte del jaleo pero seguir estando céntrico ya que en 10 minutos andando estás en el pueblo (eso sí, con subida a la vuelta, aunque nada complicada).

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is an incredible Airbnb in Cinque Terre. It’s very easily accessible from the train station, with no big hikes or hills required. The unit is compact but never felt too small, it was very homey. The view was gorgeous. The amenities, specifically the washing machine and the AC units, were huge helps on our trip. Agos communicated often, effectively, and have very clear instructions. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. We do not have anything negative to say.

Maura ha sido encantadora, una gran anfitriona: atenta i detallista. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades para un buen descanso. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Es un apartamento amplio. Es cierto que no tiene mucha luz natural ni vistas pero es tranquilo y agradable. La ubicación muy céntrica. Todo queda cerca.

We visited towns along the Italian and French Riviera during our vacation, and Rapallo was truly our favourite place. It had a vibe that is hard to explain in words, and we felt so at home there. Massimo’s apartment was in the heart of the town, with lively shops and restaurants all around. It was also very easy to access other areas for sightseeing via train or ferry. The location is highly recommended if you want to visit Cinque Terre, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, etc. The apartment was just down the street from the train station, and it was very clean, with bright beachy decor. The windows were quite soundproof, and we really didn’t hear much street noise when the windows were closed. The host met us upon arrival, and it was an easy check in experience. Many thanks!

We were so lucky that we could book Silvia's gorgeous place last minute. She was responsive, lively, and full interesting information upon our arrival. We were in awe about the flat bubbling of history and past centuries.
