The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 260 mit Direktverbindung zum Kölner Hauptbahnhof) sowie ein Supermarkt befinden sich nur etwa drei Gehminuten entfernt.

3-room duplex apartment in a representative two-family house. Bo Concept couch, Stressless armchair, as well as a 55-inch Roku smart TV. In the bedroom, a bright wardrobe and a box-spring bed with electric adjustment await you. Kitchen with dishwasher, washer-dryer and everything you need. The house is located in Langenfeld-Immigrath, between Düsseldorf and Cologne. The access to the A3 motorway (towards Cologne / Frankfurt or Düsseldorf / Ruhr area) is 3 minutes by car.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a townhouse. There is direct proximity to the A59 highway, towards Düsseldorf and Cologne. Both Düsseldorf and Cologne can be reached within 15-20 minutes by car or train. The S-Bahn [suburban train] stop is a 15-minute walk away. However, there is also a bus stop very close by. Probably the largest waterski resort in Germany is a few hundred meters away. Simple swimming is also possible here.
