Appartamento composto da 2 stanze. Massimo 4 posti letto a due passi dal mare. Si arriva in centro a piedi in soli 5 minuti. Sito nel caratteristico e splendido centro storico di monopoli dista solo 20metri dalla rinomata spiaggia "portavecchia"...si precisa che per la stagione 2025 la spiaggia posta vicino casa è chiusa per lavori di manutenzione straordinaria comunale. c'è un po' più distante l'accesso alla scogliera o comunque non molto distanti ci sono altre spiagge di libero accesso.
