Apartment holiday rentals in Mont-Saint-Aignan

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The staircase is a bit narrow with the suitcase, but it is easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. The bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner is located on the upper floor. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights were basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise around 5:30 a.m., Christine and her husband reacted very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, which was very great. I highly recommend it.

Perfect accommodation for short or long stay! Very responsive and super nice host. I recommend that it be alone or for two. The accommodation is certainly not very large but ample enough! A very good attentive welcome and a very cozy accommodation, super well located.

To arrive in the city center of Rouen to Maxime's apartment was a treat we did not fully appreciate until we checked in. Easy parking (can't say that often), a beautiful apartment and a pastry shop or coffee shop at every turn, we loved the experience. The church and garden of the Church of Joan of Arc in view, we loved the city and thanks to Maxime in sharing a beautiful space.

We had a fantastic stay at Nathalie and Thierry’s apartment. We were still jet lagged 4 days into our trip and their place offered a peaceful haven to rest while being close to everything. The double pane windows and black-out blinds allowed us to sleep in, and the apartment being on the first floor, it had remained pretty cool despite the very hot weather. We walked to the downtown in 10 minutes. Parking was a breeze!

We had a Lovely stay at Paulines apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the historic district and the river side. Pauline was great on coordinating our arrival and getting us oriented. The space is complete with everything - I loved the kitchen layout. Sitting on the balcony in the evening was our favorite. Thank you for hosting my family.

The accommodation is clean and functional, and it is well located because it is close to bus lines to reach both the city center of Rouen and the universities. The services offered also make it possible to cook, which is really nice. In addition, the accommodation is very well soundproofed and despite the presence of the road nearby, I did not hear the ballet of cars. In addition, the PassPass system proposed by M&A Conciergerie is really useful and allows you to concentrate all the rules to be adopted within the accommodation, which allows you to set a clear framework and quickly access information.

The accommodation is quiet, very well located, it allows you to reach the main monuments of Rouen and good restaurants very quickly on foot. Clémence was very responsive and friendly when we needed to contact her. I would recommned this property.

This was our first visit to Rouen, and this apartment was a delightful introduction to a wonderful city. The location is a dream, particularly if you arrive by car, as we did. Secure, free parking right outside the door in the middle of the city is quite a luxury. The apartment is lovely and has lots of nice details. The beds are super comfortable, and the two full baths are a treat. Top-notch appliances, ample seating, tasteful decor, nice house plants, and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed walking to many sites in the old city center and several museums that were practically right across the street. We were even greeted with a thoughtful welcoming gift from our host. All in all, a great stay that I can recommend without hesitation.

We had a pleasant stay at Ambre‘s place just for ine night. For that, it was perfect.

Ideally located next to a bus station, a shopping center and an Intermarché. The accommodation is a perfect match, and all the amenities worked (except for a small problem with the sauna, quickly fixed by Anthony). Too bad there was a bit of a delay in responding by message (Anthony being in another time zone). In any case, great value for money, I can only recommend

Host was non-invasive but definitely wanted to make sure we had a great time. Very responsive. Location was fantastic. Walking distance from the train station and to all of the cathedrals and free museums, restaurants, shopping all of it. It's located within a medieval building, within a medieval town which is so fun. Clean, contemporary, included everything. If they don't have it, you don't need it! We had a really nice time and this home was a big part of that experience.
