Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.

Mountain house at an altitude of 600 meters, surrounded by chestnut and beech trees. 6 km from Arco, near Lake Garda, ideal for a relaxing vacation and home working, for lovers of trekking, mountain biking, climbing and nature walks.
