Welcome to my ‘Pretty Apartment' , lovely house with 1 double room, 1 single room and sofa bed in the living room. Only 1 km in walking distance to the shop market. It's located in a very quiet area, Near to the the airport of Gran Canaria (basically in the center of the island). Easy access to the motorway, only 20 minutes by car to Maspalomas and 20 minutes to Las Palmas, the island's capital. Perfect for families with children and couples. La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. With the aim of maintaining its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen living room. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

Our small Loft-Attic (complete room with kitchen and separate bathroom from the main house) is on the first floor, with direct and independent access from the street. It is located in a historic neighborhood. A very quiet place to rest and very central. It's a single-family house, we live next door.
