New 60 m2 single-story apartment with 40 m2 private outdoor space. It is located in a quiet property, a 5-minute drive from the center of Uzès. This apartment has a large bright kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic stovetop, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook small dishes. A bedroom with 3 single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed. Bathroom with Italian shower, sink, toilet. A charcoal barbecue is available for good grilled food accompanied, why not, by rosé from the region. Shared washing machine. Closed private parking. Swimming pool, bowling and ping pong, trampoline, space for small children in synthetic grass to share. Check-in and checkout can be done independently, the keys are deposited in a box with a code. Shops are a 2-minute drive away. You can visit Uzès, the first duchy of France, with its traditional Saturday market that extends throughout the city. Visit the Pont du Gard 15 minutes away, go canoeing, climbing, and swim in the Gardon; meet the Potters of Saint Quentin la Poterie and the ceramists of Lussan and their famous Pintades. 30 minutes' drive to Nîmes and Avignon. 1 hour to Montpellier, the Grau du Roi, the beaches, the Camargue. It is a village house with a twist: architecturally redesigned some 10 years ago it offers 160m2 of spacious, open plan living that is filled with light and is an easy 4km walk or bike ride from the beautiful Cite d'Uzes. Montaren et St Mediers, is a perfectly preserved village and the closest village to Uzes. LE PLUS HAUT MAS. Superb apartment in a Provencal farmhouse dating from the 18th century, 2 steps away from Uzès. Located on the 1st floor of the farmhouse, this apartment is made of a first room combining living room and kitchen. The second room, very spacious with a ceiling more than 4 meters height accommodates the bedroom as well as the open bathroom. We have completely renovated this apartment ourselves, and have included very beautiful decorative objects as well as our art work.
