New 60 m2 single-story apartment with 40 m2 private outdoor space. It is located in a quiet property, a 5-minute drive from the center of Uzès. This apartment has a large bright kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic stovetop, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook small dishes. A bedroom with 3 single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed. Bathroom with Italian shower, sink, toilet. A charcoal barbecue is available for good grilled food accompanied, why not, by rosé from the region. Shared washing machine. Closed private parking. I rent the ground floor of a stone house located in the heart of the village. The house is old but it has been renovated to provide all the comforts necessary for your stay. I accept arrivals and departures every day. I'm available for your questions if needed. I live on the first floor of the house with my partner and our dog (no cohabitation issues). We also have chickens at the bottom of the meadow. Lovers of the countryside, welcome.
