The 'Puits Saint-André', property with pool

La maison est proche de la rivière, des commerces, des restaurants, des collines. Elle possède un grand séjour - cuisine de près de 50 mètres carrés relié à la terrasse de 30 m2, la cuisine très équipée, deux salles de bain, trois WC dont un indépendant, trois chambres climatisées , des lits très conforts. La piscine et le jardin méditerranèen et le terrain de pétanque sont partagés avec notre 2eme gîte situé sur le domaine. La maison est parfaite pour les familles et les groupes d'amis.

Peaceful succulents in the Cèze Valley

We are delighted to invite you to discover this haven of peace near the Ardèche region. The cottage (2 to 4 people), has been created in a converted building on a typical village perched in the hills above the Cèze Valley. The Provençal style has been preserved. The 55m² cottage comprises: a living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen and access to a terrace with a table; one bedroom (queen-size bed); and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

Our cottage is located between the Gorges de L'Ardèche and the Cèze Valley in the town of Issirac. Issirac is a circular village, located 300 m above sea level on a high point in the canton of Pont-Saint-Esprit with a 360° view of the Cévennes, Ardèche, Diois, Ventoux and Baronnies. The village is surrounded by lavender, olive trees and vineyards. The gîte is located in the heart of nature in the heart of our farm. There will be no goat breeding in 2025

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.

Wooden gîte on the Pierres de Soleil estate, a place with three ecological gîtes and a trailer. The three cottages make up a small hamlet and are close to each other, but everything has been designed so that everyone can maintain their privacy. The cottage is located on 2 ha of park and meadow, all on the edge of the forest. A natural swimming pond will allow you to cool off in summer.
