Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Peaceful succulents in the Cèze Valley

We are delighted to invite you to discover this haven of peace near the Ardèche region. The cottage (2 to 4 people), has been created in a converted building on a typical village perched in the hills above the Cèze Valley. The Provençal style has been preserved. The 55m² cottage comprises: a living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen and access to a terrace with a table; one bedroom (queen-size bed); and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from March 31 to November 1) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

The house is close to the river, shops, restaurants, hills. It has a large living room - kitchen of nearly 50 square meters connected to the terrace of 30 square meters, the very equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, three toilets including one independent, three air-conditioned bedrooms, very comfortable beds. The pool and Mediterranean garden are shared with our 2nd cottage located on the estate. The house is perfect for families (with kids) and groups of friends.

Bernas, a hamlet of Montclus, perched on a rock, between scrubland and olive groves, overlooks the Cèze Valley. It is there, in an old sheepfold, that we created our rooms. This room sleeps 3 and opens directly onto the patio. A swimming pool and a pétanque court are available in our garden with 20 olive trees.
