Some mention the noise of the highway, certainly it exists, but it is really not annoying even in the evening when all the noises are felt more. When inside, absolute silence. A real pleasure. From our initial enquiry Thomas was responsive and helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted by Thomas and felt straight at home. The house itself is equipped with everything you would need and the decor is lovely throughout. The area around the house is vast and there are many different spots to sit and relax. There is some traffic noise to be heard from the road. From the canoes sailing down the river to the hot air balloons and the incredible scenery, it’s just magnificent. The house is well situated near to dozens of local villages, gardens, castles, shops and restaurants. We weren’t short of anything to do for the 2 weeks we were here. Thank you for creating such a beautiful home in the Dordoigne.

Nico was so friendly and helpful—he gave great recommendations for food, wineries, and sights to see, and spoke in English since our French was not great. The space was exactly as described—we especially enjoyed private evenings in the garden. Maybe the best airbnb experience I’ve ever had! 💕

Very nice place, nice host and available for guests. The only downside we had was perhaps the lack of outlets in the accommodation. We didn't think of it, but we should have asked for an extension cord or a double socket.

We spent 2 perfect nights, despite the high temperatures the stone apartment is very cool naturally, the outdoor terrace is very nice and protected. The apartment is in the center of Montauban, everything can be done on foot, parking for parking nearby, I recommend it, we will come back without worries.

The accommodation is located in the countryside, quiet; ideal for resting, even for a single night. The welcome by the owners was very friendly and having a cold beer in the refrigerator when we arrived was a nice little extra.

Olivier is an extremely welcoming person. He told us about good restaurants and free parking. The accommodation is located in the heart of the historic city center, which allows you to visit on foot. We really enjoyed the inner courtyard of the accommodation that we enjoyed.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished (choice of colors, organization of spaces), kitchen equipment and dishes are in sufficient quantity. The location in the city center is particularly pleasant for enjoying the city and getting around on foot. The apartment benefits from double glazing, sometimes necessary when there is musical entertainment nearby, and ensures, with the shutters, a pleasant coolness in the apartment, in case of high temperatures. The terrace is a real complement for outdoor dining. Not to mention the free parking available for the duration of your stay. A big thank you to Florian and his team.

Great stay at Myriam's! The apartment is great: clean, very well decorated, super pleasant to live in. Autonomous arrival without worries, everything is very well equipped and the bedding is super comfortable. I recommend it 100%!

Pascale is particularly friendly and welcoming and the village is quite charming. We enjoyed the large shower and the outdoor space for dining outdoors. The road that passes in front of the cottage is not very busy, so quiet is guaranteed. We'd love to come back.

Sandrine was a superb host. On time, clear in communication and very hospitable. The apartment is fantastic, clean, easy to use and very comfortable. We totally enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again. Great for business or pleasure (ours was both) and offering off road parking is a major plus. So much to do in Montauban and local bus services, taxis and trains make it a great hub. Looking forward to next time.
