Monthly Rentals in Monte Conero

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

It was the most beautiful stay in the area. The room was clean. The check-in was done in the presence of the owner Omero. Beautiful person. Thank you very much Omero.

Niki is a really friendly person, available for everything. New apartment, very clean and with everything you need, even a beach umbrella to go to the beach! A cute and well-kept garden. Strategic location just a stone's throw from all services and the historic center. The garage of extreme comfort! What can I say, my partner and I can't wait to go back!! Thank you Niki for everything!

Nice apartment and a very helpful host, thank you, Gionatan! The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is great, especially if you're planning to travel by train. I was able to visit many towns in the region this way, as well as explore Ancona itself. Highly recommend.
