The property is located in the center of the small village of Peschiera Maraglio, 50 meters from the pier to tour the lake. All amenities are nearby, and the public beach and bus stop are 300 meters away. Particularly recommended are the walks in the numerous paths in the area to be done both on foot and by bicycle (with the possibility of renting directly on site). You can easily reach: Franciacorta with its wineries and tastings of fine wines, the prehistoric archaeological sites in the Camonica Valley, the Torbiere del Sebino natural park, the Tonale and Monte Campione ski slopes.
