Das Zimmer mit Bad war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man erreicht den Petersplatz in 2-3 Minuten und auch die Innenstadt von Rom ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit guter Lage.

La chambre est tout simplement incroyable. Très belle et propre, j’ai eu la chance d’avoir accès à ma propre terrasse et c’était idéal! La salle de bain est très propre et bien entretenue, le linge est changé régulièrement. J’ai réservé pour un premier voyage en solitaire, je suis très contente de mon séjour, je me suis sentie très en sécurité et à mon aise. En solo, entre amis ou en famille n’hésitez pas foncer!

Loved staying here, we were visiting friends who live in Trastevere so super close to them. But also to down town about a 15 min walk. Great cafes near for your morning coffee and croissants. Unique how they turned an apartment into a hotel. We never heard any of the other guests, just ran into them in the hallway one day. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the touristy central Rome, Trastevere is one of the cooler neighborhoods!

Комната была фантастической: чистая, новая, опрятная, с высокими потолками. Дом, в котором находится жилье, очень колоритный с красивыми входными дверьми и подъездом, а также жильцами итальянцами. Месторасположение отличное: 15 мин от вокзала Термини пешком, 15 мин пешком и ты на испанской лестнице. В то же время окрестность достаточно тихая, без толп туристов. Алессандро очень дружелюбный, обеспечил раннее заселение (в 11:00), лично нас встретил возле дома и дал все необходимые инструкции. Также дал рекомендации по ресторанам в округе (какие-то понравились, какие-то - нет, это дело вкуса). Единственный нюанс, который неочевидный и нужно учитывать, но нас лично не смущал: квартира состоит из двух отдельных апартаментов с отдельными ванными комнатами, но кухня общая.

Nos quedamos en Dream Station, justo frente a Termini. El lugar es súper acogedor. Éramos tres y la habitación con vista a la estación tenía cama cómoda, TV inteligente, wifi, aire acondicionado, calefacción, caja fuerte y baño privado, lo que hizo todo más cómodo. Aunque no usamos la cocina ni la lavadora, fue genial que estuvieran disponibles. La cocina es muy bonita. Las instrucciones para el check in y check out estaban muy bien explicadas. Todo funciona con código, así que no hay que preocuparse por llaves. Me encantó que, aunque es un Airbnb, se sintió como un hotel: cambiaban toallas y hacían las camas todos los días (porque lo pedimos). No vimos a Manuela ni a la recepcionista, pero no fue necesario porque todo está explicado por QR en recepción. Nos encantó a los tres: la ubicación, la habitación y todo lo que ofrecía. Por el precio, quedamos muy satisfechos. Volveríamos a quedarnos ahí sin dudarlo!

Cristobal accommodated my request ASAP despite me booking the room only a few hours in advance. He annotated a map for me with the best suggestions for what, how and when to explore in Rome. Wi-Fi quality: rest assured, its quality is BRILLIANT. Whatever problem there might have been is fixed as of January 2025. 👍 The building itself is so grand, historic and incredibly beautiful (the inner courtyard looks like something from Dolce Vita or Mr. Ripley 😉)! The room’s furnishings are also vintage and very atmospheric — high ceilings, wooden wardrobes, traditional window shutters, antique chairs etc. There are shops open until midnight only a few minutes’ walk away. The location is PERFECT if you want to explore the sights on foot. The apartment has a great energy thanks to the host and his whole team (the lady in charge of cleaning and maintenance was lovely). You can really see the kindness and genuineness shine through in their eyes. You will be taken care of as if you were famil

Mi sono trovata molto bene, la proprietaria molto disponibile e la casa molto bella e pulita, stanza grande, bagno grande e molto confortevole. Assolutamente consigliata!

Host molto accogliente e davvero disponibile, con tempi di risposta ai messaggi velocissimi e costante attenzione alle richieste riguardo i nostri bisogni (sia inerente alla casa che all’attività che volevamo svolgere). Ha da subito dimostrato grande fiducia verso di noi, fornendoci anche ampia flessibilità negli orari e preparandoci una colazione fatta in casa. Casa pulita e ordinata; c’è stato fornito tutto il necessario, dal bagno alla camera (lenzuola, asciugamani, saponi, kit vari). Esperienza davvero ottima, ambiente tranquillo con aggiunta della possibilità di usufruire di una bellissima piscina molto pulita. Assolutamente da consigliare :)

Abbiamo soggiornato a Corte Sospesa, a Bassano Romano, e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. Il posto è bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e immerso in un’atmosfera di pace e relax. L’accoglienza è stata splendida: i proprietari ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni, come ad esempio la stupenda faggeta a pochi minuti di macchina. Su loro suggerimento, abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante Casa di Emme, un’esperienza davvero piacevole, con piatti deliziosi e un’atmosfera accogliente (Ottimo lo stinco di maiale). La colazione al B&B era abbondante e genuina, perfetta per iniziare la giornata. L’esperienza nella spa è stata magnifica, un vero momento di benessere. Torneremo sicuramente, e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno speciale.

il bungalow è molto spazioso e offre tutte le comodità, la doccia è molto grande e l'aria condizionata è molto efficiente. Ci sono molte finestre dotate di tende molto coprenti per poter riposare anche fino a tardi inoltre l'illuminazione è molto confortevole. In conclusione ho apprezzato molto la breve permanenza anche grazie alla disponibilità dello staff

Le logement correspond complètement à la description. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans les alentours pour s'amuser... piscine, jeux, superette. Le personnel pour l'accueil était vraiment aux petits soins. Le logement est très bien distribué,les deux salles de bains sont largement appréciables. Le logement est bien ombragé et ça c'est très appréciable. Oublié pas vos passeports pour l'enregistrement !

Posto tranquillo e di puro relax

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Resort wurde spontan von uns gebucht und war überraschenderweise der Höhepunkt unseres Italien-Urlaubs. Das Resort war so luxuriös, ruhig und entspannt, dass wir gar nicht abreisen wollten. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Das Zimmer war genauso traumhaft wie das gute Essen und der blitzsaubere Pool. Wir können dieses Resort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Fünf Sterne absolut verdient!

Luisa and her team was such a wonderful host. We loved staying at her wonderful place. We just can recommend everyone who’s visiting Roma to stop by. We truly looking forward to come back :)

Posto letto utile per i viaggiatori che si soffermano poco e che hanno bisogno solo di un appoggio senza troppe pretese. Il posto è molto pulito e ordinato e inserito in un contesto molto elegante e romantico. Consigliato per viaggi brevi e mirati.

El alojamiento fue muy bueno! Solo llegaba por las noches después de haber recorrido la ciudad y siempre que llegaba me sentí como en casa. Cuando hacía falta algo como suplementos para el baño o cobijas extras, podía llamar a Sepideh y estaba al pendiente! Muy buen alojamiento si piensan pasear todo el tiempo.

Großes schönes sauberes Apartment in sehr guter Lage in der Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gute freundliche Kommunikation. Möglichkeit das Gepäck nach dem Check-Out abzustellen und später abzuholen. Schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Beautiful place, centrally located, ease of access, we wished we would’ve stayed longer!

A casa de Tiziana é uma ótimo custo benefício, tudo limpo e organizado, quarto bem grande com varanda e muitas plantas e gatinhos, adoramos gatos e plantas então me senti em casa! Os gatinhos ficam num espaço externo, eles não incomodam mas se quiser interagir eles são super dóceis. Tem mercado perto a pé, o ponto de ônibus que mais usamos é perto a pé 5 min, e te leva pra vários lugares, tem metrô mas esse é 20 min de caminhada, usamos também. Não é tão perto do centro, você levará cerca de 45min a 1 hora e 15 min pra chegar nos pontos turístico. Tem muito trânsito na região, então acaba demorando mais pra chegar. Restaurante perto tem um que gostamos BeloVerde e tem alguma próximos que não fomos. No geral tivemos uma ótima recepção das anfitriãs que foram muito gentis e simpáticas conosco e local é super silencioso e descansamos bem. Indicaremos para amigos.

Place was excellent and just as advertised. AC was super powerful. Location is superb. Host was very helpful and communicative. Access was simple, but you need a cell with data to access the property. My only thing to note for those reading this before booking. It is in a no traffic zone (we didn't know these existed before going to Rome...thats on us) and we had a hire car as we drove around Italy - so we had to drive to a garage 10 mins away and then taxi to and from the property with our bags. We knew it did not have parking and that was fine. This is nothing against the property, just good for awareness for this location and most of Rome.
