La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona. Uscita autostrada Bellinzona-sud, a 5’ e 25’ a piedi dalla stazione del treno. Ideale per escursioni a piedi e bici.

L’appartamento è al pianoterra di una casa indipendente con entrata separata, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochissimi metri. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. L'appartamento è un piccolo open space suddiviso in zona notte con un letto matrimoniale, zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un comodo bagno. Può ospitare solo due adulti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno. I negozi sono a pochi km.

Situate sui monti di Pianturin mettiamo a disposizione 2 cascine di pietra realizzate nello scorso secolo e da poco riattate. In una cascina si trova il dormitorio (composto da 1 letto a castello da 8 persone ed un letto per 2 persone) ed il bagno con doccia, Nella seconda cascina il refettorio con una cucina a gas, una a legna, il camino ed un frigorifero. Sotto la stessa si trova una vecchia cantina. Possibilità di passeggiate e relax totale!
