Holiday rentals with a patio in Montecito

This was an amazing stay for a little staycation for my sister and I. It was PERFECTLY located, by a lot of good local spots, felt safe, so close to the beach and super walkable. Couldn’t have had a better place to call home for the wknd! We had a little trouble with finding the parking and the hosts were very responsive in helping us get what we need. 15/10 stay!

Incredible Airbnb, my friends and I were very pleased. Super great location and neighborhood as well. Very peaceful, clean and had everything we needed.

The library suite at The Marlowe is a great place for exploring Santa Barbara. The host was responsive, there was plenty of parking on the Monday and Tuesday we were there, it is two minutes away walking from state street, and the train station is viewable from the apartment. That was the only issue with location, the trains can be loud and make it difficult to sleep in. Other than that everything about the library suite was great. Plenty of amenities and even more charm. My favorite part of the suite was the balcony with the view of the mountains on one side and the beach on the other.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

This was a great spot for a few nights in Santa Barbara and Jim is an absolutely fantastic host! Location is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and all SB has to offer. The space itself is comfortable and pretty straightforward. Has the basic amenities for a weekend trip. Jim helped us coordinate an early check-in, assisted with an extra night stay and allowed us to leave our bags for an extra hour after check-out - all of which were greatly appreciated!

Natty was a great host! Gave us clear instructions and responded to our messages quickly. The check-in process was a breeze and the place is located in a quiet area. We had so many plans during our stay that we regret not being able to take advantage of the airbnb and all it's amenities. Love the Bali inspired theme and the provided snacks and beverages. Will definitely come back when we're in Santa Barbara. Thanks Natty!

We had the most incredible stay! The property is stunning. Amenities in the unit are well beyond expectations and the hosts are gracious and thoughtful. They left a generous welcome basket with note and had everything we needed in the gorgeously appointed room. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was beautiful. Everything felt brand new and we wished we could have stayed for much longer. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! Thank you Landon & Evie for letting us stay at your special place!

The house was exactly as described and in the photos. Best things about the place: location, quite neighborhood, easily accessible, close to all the beaches, added bonus is the house has all the beach gear (beach chairs, umbrella, cart to carry and beach towels). I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Took my parents and niece for a lovely quick weekend getaway. This place felt like such a cozy oasis away from home - it’s tucked away in a nice cul-de-sac and the entire house is surrounded by trees and plants, creating such a private hideaway. Pictures truly reflect the cozy and clean environment of this place. We loved having the backyard wood fireplace to make s’mores at night and enjoy a nice glass of wine. The house is stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils and more to stay in for a nicely cooked home meal with a nice gas fireplace inside. Brenda has a nice folder with useful instructions and directions of everything around the house, local guide to restaurants and grocery stores. We ate at the Jeannine’s for brunch and ordered in from the Via Maestra 42 - both delicious options! Overall, we would love to return to this cozy oasis for a weekend! Thanks Brenda!

The home is well kept and cleaned thoroughly. There’s a few bug traps around the house but we didn’t encounter any during our stay. It’s the second house in from the corner which is a busy street but you don’t hear any noise from it. Only complaint would be the windows are old and not the easiest to open - since there is no A/C opening them during our stay was a must. Overall a beautiful house!

This home is very peaceful. I love that the greenery in the front yard makes it feel very private. I came solo and only used one bedroom. If you came here with a group, the only issue I’d see is the bathroom with the shower is quite small for sharing. I used the kitchen to make dinner - it has everything you need. One of my favorite things about this house is it’s two blocks from Bob‘s Well Bread, an amazing bakery/café. I walked there every morning for coffee.

This was our second time staying at this cottage and we are already looking forward to returning next year. The location is phenomenal, walking distance to restaurants and shopping + a short drive to the beach. The home is comfortable and well thought out; we particularly like all the games available both inside and outdoors. Patrick is a great communicator - quick and thoughtful. Overall, such a great experience.

Perfect perfect perfect. This was a perfect place to have a vacation with our family of 5 and our pooch. Perfectly situated, perfect view of the ocean from the main room and the deck, perfect amenities. It had everything we wanted, beach chairs, towels, a blow up paddle board, and more. Place was perfectly kept, which is so hard to do on the beach with the salt water, breezes, sand etc. Clare made everything so easy and obviously understands hospitality. Most appreciated, a simple check out…we didn’t have to spend the last day stripping beds, cleaning towels, whatever. She just kept it super simple. The crazy fancy Miramar Hotel is just down the beach…but honestly, we’d stay here every time instead. Worth every penny. Thank you Clare! Perfect.

We had the absolute best weekend at Aidan's beautiful home. As Westmont College alumni's it was so magical and fun to be able to be back in the city where we first became young adults. The only complaint is the weekend flew by so quickly! Haha Thank you so much Aidan for your gracious hospitality, 10 out of 10!!

We felt totally at ease the minute we walked into Kara's pristine Airbnb rental. Her space emanates clean and vibrant energy on the subtle plane and the physical as well. We have never encountered such a lovingly appointed room, filled with playful Mexican sculptures, gorgeous crystals, and a top-of-the-line kitchen. Peaceful and quiet, her Ojai House is a perfect spot to re-energize and to experience serenity. I'm sure we will be returning on a future visit to Ojai!

Heather was by far one of the most gracious, kind, and communicative hosts we've ever experience on any home sharing/rental platform in the last 10 years. Her place was immaculate and had everything we needed to feel right at home, plus extras. The thought put into her home, making sure we were comfortable, and generally making us feel welcome was above and beyond. From cozy blankets, a beautiful tea and coffee selection, luxury bath and kitchen products, to very personalized recommendations based on my profile, our stay at Heather's couldn't have been any more wonderful. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation with friends...and even letting me back in after check-out when I left my phone inside. :)

We had a great time at Elizabeth’s place. The location was perfect. Walking distance to unlimited restaurants, bars, beach etc. Elizabeth was very responsive and her check in/out instructions were flawless & easy. The Airbnb was very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults. We cooked dinner one evening and had all amenities we needed to do so. We had a lovely time!

Location on the Mesa was perfect! Walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet, comfortable beds and the hot tub and private back yard were a bonus. Thank you, we would definitely return if we are in SB again!

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Our stay at Laura’s casita was wonderful! We arrived early and Lara graciously allowed us to check in early and even met us with her fresh baked sour dough bread, which was amazing! The casita is beautifully decorated and so clean. It is minutes away from the beach and the downtown area. It really was ideal!

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!
