Villa holiday rentals in Montefiascone

Great holiday home with beautiful views over the Tuscan hills. No less than 3 spacious bedrooms with great beds. A nice covered terrace with the same beautiful view where you can have delicious breakfast or dinner. The private swimming pool is of course also fantastic, our children enjoyed this. Gabriele is a very friendly proactive host who sent all nice tips and useful info in advance and awakened our self upon arrival. Despite the slightly inclement weather during the week we were there, there is plenty to do and visit in the area, when the weather is nice you can also go to the coast. I would highly recommend this stay and hope to come back someday!

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

I cannot recommend Villa Collombroso enough. We had such a wonderful 3+ week stay here with our two kids and family friends. Everyone was comfortable and at ease. We felt relaxed on the property and loved walking to see chickens. Everything was truly lovely and Taira and Gina made our experience excellent. We had a private meal cooked by Taira and did pizza making which were some of the best experiences! We enjoyed having a rental car and the access to drive into Orvieto easily but also quick day trips to Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Bolsena, and Lago Trasimeno. We used the train to get easily into Rome, Florence, and Venice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great location on the slope, beautiful pool. Kitchen well equipped. Important for the journey: connection with public transport rather poor but no obstacle - you just have to know if you travel by train to Terni. You can also rent city bikes at the train station - just have to accept the mountain stage :D

The home was so very comfortable and the view was absolutely amazing!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

Manfredi was the best host possible! We truly enjoyed every second with our family. At first the location was difficult to find, but thanks to his excellent and rapid responses we could find the house easily! The house is even more beautiful in person, the photos don’t do justice to the sheer beauty of the property and the surroundings. A must visit when in the region! The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

Simply amazing farmhouse, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Orietta is very kind and available in all our requests,she did everything to make us find the pool active, despite the uncertain weather, we used it throughout the stay! Very well-kept outdoor spaces, comfortable and spacious rooms, if I may give a tip I would suggest changing really uncomfortable pillows and mattresses and pay more attention to the cleanliness of really inaccurate rooms and bathrooms. Cmq highly recommend!!!

The house and property are breathtaking. We had an amazing stay. The host was extremely responsive before and during our stay.

Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

Perfect spot for a Tuscany experience. Nicely located between two friendly villages with fantastic restaurants and any supplies that you may need. The swimming pool was well maintained by Luciano and was used by us multiple times a day, for our group it was a highlight of the property. We all came away very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying at this property.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

It is an absolutely stunning place to be. The house is beautiful, the view amazing and the pool area an absolut dream! :-) We had the best weekend with friends there and everyone loved it. Felt like straight out of a Mamma Mia movie sitting there under the trees having breakfast or dinner. 10/10

We weren’t disappointed when we approached S’farina down the long private cedar lined drive . Beautiful stone house over looking rolling countryside and picturesque local hill top village . Lovely terrace and gardens with fabulous infinity pool and pool house with shower:toilet and sauna ( we didn’t use as 37 degrees outside ! We were meet by Veronica who helpfully showed us to the location , she was helped with other few enquires . Well tended pool and gardens by friendly pool man . Inside fantastic characterful rooms and bedrooms all huge with high ceilings and beams . All rooms en-suite and with A/C which was so welcome ! Lots of seating areas outside for quiet reading but also lovely terrace at the back where we ate all our meals . Racquets and bats for a bit of fun in the cooler moments , only disappointment was the bikes weren’t in working order . Orvieto , cascade de la Marmore , Viterbo , Todi, Lake Bolsena all fab . We loved S’farina and would highly recommend it x

This home is set in a very tranquil area yet is still accessible to the town closeby. The interior is very comfortable and tasetfully. The porch and garden were lovely areas to relax for morning coffee. The host and his family were very welcoming and were a great example of Italian hospitality. Although we had issues with the WiFi during our stay, they did everything to fix it and even reimbursed us for the data we used.

The estate is beautiful, a dream place! Both the interior and exterior are meticulously cared for, with attention to the smallest details and perfect cleanliness. Alice was very kind from the first message, she sent us the instructions for the arrival and many suggestions for restaurants and excursions. The outdoor spaces allowed the children to play carefree, the pool was ideal for both adults and children! Perfect stay, we can't wait to come back. She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

We stayed 3 nights in this fantastic house, which is really beautiful, well-kept and equipped with all the amenities. The pool, the landscape and the greenery are truly unique. We will definitely come back. I highly recommend it for those who want to relax and spend wonderful days. Also, due to the distance of the trip, we arrived at 3 in the morning and they welcomed us wonderfully with 3 equally wonderful croissants. This house is a gem (and the photos don't capture it's brilliance). The location is perfect not only because it's in a secluded spot that ensures privacy, while also being close to small and larger towns worth visiting for dinner. Also thanks to it's (unexpected) elevation: the evenings are noticeably cooler than in the lowlands, so you can sleep really well in the middle of a hot summer. The house has been beautifully renovated, the pool is a wonderful addition, and Federico is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely want to return with friends in the future.

We had our 10 year wedding anniversary, turned to babymoon here, and invited family. We took pictures with a photographer that Chiara recommended and the background looks totally fake! The property is stunning. It is well maintained with beautiful flowers, a large picnic table for outdoor meals, and an epic view of Celleno. Chiara also uses a lovely private chef that comes to the property. What a wonderful and delicious experience! It is so much food! Chiara is is extremely responsive and will help in any way she can to coordinate activities or share information about Celleno and the area. Celleno is not very toursity, so I had a hard time finding some information readily online. Chiara was always there to answer my questions and requests! Wonderful coffee shop 20m walk uphill. Things to note: 1) The loft has 3 king beds in one space and a bathroom with no walls. The shower is 1-2 ft off the ground. 2) Not sure if it was the season, but lots of bugs! Luckily none too bitey!
