Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of Lucca. Lucia was a wonderful host, and provided excellent recommendations for wineries and shopping! The kitchen has everything you need. We like to cook a couple of meals in and the kitchen was beautifully equipped with very nice pots and pans etc. It was also fantastic that she had olive oil, salt and pepper and other spices. Super comfy bed and bedding. This has been our favourite Airbnb to stay in, we were so comfortable and felt right at home. Thank you Lucia for your fabulous hospitality!! We would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay was beautiful! The view from the balcony (and bedroom window and shower window) is absolutely breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony and taking it in was some of our favorite parts of the stay. Everything was clean and decorated so nicely, plus their espresso machine and little cookies were great to wake up with. Location is a bit far walking distance from the center of the city, and it is uphill on the way back, but we personally loved it because it kept us on our feet during our travels and the peaceful neighborhood is worth the walk because it is so quiet and private at night. It’s right across the street from Galileo’s original home! Highly recommend this apartment :)

Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento en Peccioli. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio y la ubicación es ideal para recorrer la Toscana. Las recomendaciones de estacionamiento, restaurantes y lugares turísticos fueron muy valiosas. Además, contar con café y utensilios de aseo fue un detalle muy considerado. ¡Gracias por una estadía maravillosa! Nos entrego Lorenzo y Francisca personalmente el apto con todas las indicaciones

Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Caterina è sempre stata presente e ci ha dato indicazioni precise e con talmente tanta cura che pensiamo veramente sia uno dei migliori host incontrati fino a questo momento. La casa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e con tutto ciò che occorre dal dormire al mangiare. Infine la doccia è veramente bella: ampia e comoda, ci si sente in un resort più che in una casa. I dintorni sono pieni di vita e si è appena fuori dalla folla che inizia a 5 minuti a piedi da casa. Per riposarsi è veramente ciò che ci vuole. Consigliato veramente tanto!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Florence! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had that authentic Italian charm you dream about—wooden beams, warm terracotta floors, and a tiny Juliet balcony overlooking the rooftops. Pure magic. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the Duomo, the Uffizi, and the Ponte Vecchio. Yet somehow, it felt tucked away and peaceful, like a local secret. We could pop out for a morning espresso and be back before the croissants cooled down. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us tips on where to eat like a Florentine (pro tip: skip the tourist traps near the piazzas and follow their suggestions—you won’t regret it!). Gugu ist sehr sympathisch, war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich war zwei Monate in der Wohnung und habe mich richtig zuhause gefühlt. Der Garten und die Terasse sind ein kleines Paradies, die Wohnung ist schön und sauber und entspricht ganz den Beschreibungen. Ich kann Gugu und das Appartement wärmstens empfehlen. RF

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Amazing place & beautiful location. Personally, we really enjoyed the restaurant below us, super friendly, gorgeous traditional Italian food at an excellent price! I would highly recommend the accommodation for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings! Super clean, great communication via the host, extremely comfortable and decorated to perfection. Très bel appartement , avec une belle hauteur sous plafond , confortable et bien équipé. L’emplacement est parfait, un peu à l’écart du plein centre qui reste accessible à pieds très facilement. Il y a également des restaurants de qualité autour . Nous recommandons.

L’appartamento di Niccolò è stato perfetto per il mio soggiorno di due notti: spazioso, curato e davvero bellissimo. Si trova in una zona splendida, tranquilla, pulita ed elegante, a due passi dai Giardini Bardini – una posizione davvero ideale per godersi Firenze con calma. Un dettaglio che ho molto apprezzato è stata la grande disponibilità di Niccolò, che si è dimostrato super flessibile rispetto alle mie esigenze lavorative, permettendomi di attaccarmi a una presa e utilizzare la connessione Internet fin da subito. L’appartamento era già pronto all’arrivo, anche prima dell’orario previsto, il che è stato comodissimo. Tornerò sicuramente! Consigliatissimo! 🙏🏾♥️

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

We loved the place and would definitely go back there! The hosts were super friendly and very responsive! We also appreciate the recommendations for wine and cheese tasting! The house is well located to easily visit places like Florence, Siena or San Gimignano. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Voor de derde keer mochten we verblijven in het Family Guest house bij Andrea en zijn familie, de ontvangst was zoals gewoonlijk gastvrij en liefdevol. We hebben hier een paar dagen gewerkt en ook daarvoor is het een uitstekende locatie. Verder is het huis een prima uitvalsbasis voor een wijntour, bezoek aan de mooiste plekken en steden in Toscane en het ligt een kleine drie kwartier van de kust. Een toplocatie!

Sehr schöne, charmant eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Anwesens mit riesigem Park und großen Bäumen, ganz wunderbar. Vicopisano ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen mit guten Restaurants und einer hervorragenden Gelateria. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa oder ans Meer. Die Besitzerin Martina hat uns sehr nett empfangen, es gab auch einen Begrüssungskorb. Auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, für die wir sehr dankbar waren. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

Nous avons été ravie de cet appartement très bien placé à Florence qui est une ville merveilleuse, il est situé très proche du fameux Ponte Vecchio Et nous nous sommes régalé grâce à la gastronomie Florentine. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte mit vier Personen in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen. Leider war das Wasser im Pool gekippt und somit nicht nutzbar, was natürlich schade war, da wir uns darauf gefreut hatten. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und bemüht zu helfen, aber leider konnte das Problem in der kurzen Zeit unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr behoben werden. Insgesamt dennoch ein schönes Haus, mit Potenzial für einen perfekten Aufenthalt – wenn der Pool wieder in Ordnung ist.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Le logement se trouve dans une grande bâtisse familiale perchée sur une colline et offre une vue splendide sur le paysage toscan. L’intérieur correspond parfaitement aux photos. Nous y trouvons de nombreux bibelots, tableaux, souvenirs de toute sorte qui évoquent les générations qui se sont succédées dans cette belle demeure. La piscine est exceptionnellement grande et parfaite après une journée de découverte. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas la climatisation, mais Antiionetta a mis à disposition 2 ventilateurs bienvenus. La voiture peut être garée dans la cour.
