Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

L'Antica Casetta: casa piemontese in centro

La casa è situata in centro città, a 200 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus e a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro storico e pedonale, ma offre alla stesso tempo una grandissima tranquillità, grazie alla sua posizione in una strada privata. A vostra disposizione c’è un intero appartamento mansardato, situato all’ultimo piano, e un ampio giardino con piscina e laghetto. La posizione è ideale anche per partire alla scoperta delle colline e dei borghi di Langhe, Roero e Monferrato.

I bambini sono a 10 anni NON pagano. Sono liberi di correre e divertirsi nelle Langhe! Children under 10 years do NOT pay. They are free to running and enjoying around Langhe! Amiamo i cani di qualsiasi taglia, purchè siano ben educati. Sovrapprezzo per pulizia extra dovuta alla presenza di animali in casa ( 20€ per tutto la durata del soggiorno) We love dogs with any size, just with good behaviour. Surcharge for cleaning due to the presence of animals at home (20€ for duration of all stay).

Beautiful House with view, green and peace

The flat is the mezzanine of an independent house, it's on a hill and it is only for the guests. There are two beautiful bedrooms (READ CAREFULLY THE PART BELOW ABOUT THE RESERVATION OF THE ROOMS) with double beds, windows with curtains, wardrobes and bedsides tables. Lovely country house surrounded by vineyards

Semi-detached part of an ancient farmhouse with separate entrance, recently refurbished and fully equipped. No neighbouring houses. Two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with walk-in rain shower, large living area, cozy dining corner, complete kitchen. Splendid view over the vineyards of Langhe-Roero, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with no overtourism. Close to Alba, Barolo and everything else you may visit while being in the area, including fine restaurants and famous wine producers.

Così è anche per la nostra piccola casa, dove Interior design ed i confort più moderni si uniscono al fascino antico di abitazioni con una storia da raccontare.
