A charming Tuscan retreat

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo. Please note that the house has two bedrooms but if the booking is for two people only one bedroom will be provided.If required there is an additional cost of 50 euro per night for the second bedroom.

Located on the hills just outside Sansepolcro beautiful portion of restored farmhouse maintaining the original historical characteristics of the typical Tuscan country house. Originally a castle dating back to 1300 inside the village of Cignano. Splendid view of the valley and the lake of Montedoglio. The apartment with private entrance is surrounded by 2 gardens for the exclusive use of guests, gazebo where you can dine out on summer evenings and wood-burning oven.

The house is located in a quiet hamlet away from the chaos of the city, but at the same time you can visit medieval villages, the wonderful Urbino and many other villages in the Montefeltro. Thanks to the territory, you can go trekking on Mt. Nerone, M. Catria and the spectacular Furlo Gorge. Exciting truffle hunts are organized. The house is newly renovated, comfortable and thanks to its location it offers relaxing and suggestive sunsets and views.

Villa Poderina

Villa Poderina is a typical pink stone cottage furnished in a beautiful country chic style, gently nestled on the bank of the Candigliano river located in the Marche hinterland with a wonderful panoramic view. Set in the garden, spacious and very well cared for, the beautiful pool is located, while a few meters inside the property you can access the charming unspoiled river beach with private access where you can take relaxing baths or walk paths.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Through the accurate restoration, the house is well equipped to ensure to just a few guests absolute confidentiality, independent and comfortable stay. Exposed to the south, with independent entrance and direct access to the garden that's exclusively for our guests. Please enjoy yourself.
