Very nice apartment in new duplex, luxury spirit chalet, very sunny, magnificent view of the mountains, with an area of 100m2, located in the village of Montgenèvre. If the snow is sufficient, ski access to the rear of the residence for experienced skiers, free shuttle to the foot of the residence. The accommodation is very well located, 5 minutes walking to all the shops and amenities of the resort as well. The duplex includes 4 real rooms with windows and 10 real beds.
