This apartment has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Ideally located on the snow front, in the heart of the resort (opposite the ESF and the Tourist Office). Private ski locker with boot dryer and glove dryer on the ground floor of the building. Free access to 1 garage located 50 m from the residence.

Direct access (50 m) to the main Les Chalmettes ski lift. 100 m from La Durancia with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hammam, massages, restaurant. Downhill mountain biking, walks, tennis courts, golf, tree climbing, are all within a 2-minute walk. Also very close to the center of the village. Private sauna, 2nd living room with home theater and Netflix.

The apartment « Le Serre d’Or » is located right by the Serre Chevalier Chantemerle ski lifts. It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mezzanine: ideal for 6 guests. A single bed can be added in the living room. The open kitchen, the south facing balcony with a view on the mountain, the ski/bike locker and the free access to the residence’s swimming pool (open from December to April and in July and August) will ensure a very comfortable stay.
