On the ground floor you have a south-facing garden overlooking the mountains 🏔️ where you can leave your bike in the summer. Park the car for the week in the parking lot of the residence and walk to discover the hiking trails, bike, trail routes, the lake and its water activities, its international golf course as well as its famous Bike Park!

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Completely refurbished studio. Cleaning of the studio is done by a specialized concierge company. Ideally located at the foot of the slopes of Montgenevre and departures from all the slopes, ski school, purchase of packages, in summer the studio is a few steps from the start of international golf. Rental of linen (towels/sheets/tea towel),cleaning at the end of the stay as well as a concierge service included for a package of 80€.
