Coustal Farm

A beautiful old farm in the heart of the Dordogne. The house is located in the centre of a 15 ha domaine, with other holiday homes. It is surrounded by gardens and within 5 minutes you can walk in the forest. The house has been a personal family home for 26 years and therefore decorated with a lot of care. The main house itself has 3 bedrooms. There is also a little gite, which sleeps 2 persons and a tower that sleeps 2 people as well.

Our family home is located in Montignac, in the heart of the Périgord Noir. It is very close to the city center, the market, shops, bars and restaurants located on the banks of the Vézère (10 min walk). It is an ideal location for a discovery of the Lascaux International Center of Parietal Art, but also for a tourist discovery of the Dordogne: Sarlat, Les Eyzies, a major prehistoric site, Périgueux, capital of the Périgord...

Le Petit Fournil is a restored 50 m² single-storey farmhouse with an 800 m² garden. Ideal for a couple, the cottage has a capacity for up to 4 people including a child or baby. The Dordogne or Vézère offer activities such as canoeing or swimming.

Our small barn consists of a large 30 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area, living area (with its double sofa bed 140 cm), sleeping area (with its bed in 160) and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private garden area at your disposal. Ideal for 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed. Heating by pellet stove. Pellets are provided.
