We spent a night at Virginia’s place and we did not want to leave, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The parking was easy and next to the property and Virginia greeted us on our arrival. The property was amazing and the grounds very extensive with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the area. Thank you for the gift Virginia, it was lovely to meet you 😊

We had a great time with the family (with two young children and our dog). The accommodation was spotless, very clean, pleasant to live in and perfectly as advertised. The environment is quiet and relaxing, ideal for relaxing. The host was very welcoming and responsive to our messages, which made our stay even more serene. Check-in and check-out procedures are simple and convenient. We would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you again.

This stone accommodation is very pleasant, especially in the hot weather, and its layout is well suited for a stay for two. Comfortable bed and sufficient dishes. Peaceful place in the vegetation, ideal for visiting Padirac and Roquamadour less than 28 km away. Véronique is a welcoming and communicative hostess while being discreet. We would recommend it without hesitation.

With two couples of friends, we spent a pleasant weekend at Laura's. The accommodation offered by the latter was in accordance with the description, clean and tastefully decorated. In addition, well-equipped, we lacked nothing. Finally, the instructions were clear. We highly recommend this accommodation :)

We've just stayed at Anne's place for a week and had the most wonderful holiday. It had everything we could have wished for and more. Perfect for our 3 year old with so much to do for him and the pool was secured with a fence. There are so many games and spaces to explore. Location was superb and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you Anne for giving us the best week!

It is a small haven of peace in the countryside but close to the most beautiful main places of Dordogne such as Sarlat and Brive-la-Gaillarde. The house is cozy and the jacuzzi is really nice after a day of sightseeing. Thank you to Fabienne for her kindness!

A very nice little house, with very nice spaces and beautiful rooms. Perfect location for a long weekend in the Dordogne, 30 minutes from several beautiful sites: caves, castles, canoeing on the Dordogne or on the Vezege. Troglodytic village. Downtown near Sylvie is available and friendly. I recommend it for a small family. 😉

A nice surprise much better than in the photos , this pretty stone house in nature is nicely decorated , combining high-end furniture, modernity and the charm of this old Perigord house. The pool area is beautiful and very comfortable we enjoyed these few days with family as a family

My husband and I stayed at this charming cottage a year ago and loved it so much that we returned, this time joined by UK cousins who took the second bedroom and were equally charmed. We're planning a return next year. See how appealing it is in the photos? It's even better in person. Sitting in the flower-filled back yard with wine, cheese and, of course, baguette, even I, Type A personality, relaxed to the point of melted butter. We could smell newly mowed hay and hear cows and beautiful birdsong. It's a quick drive to the medieval market town of Le Bugue, where you can always stock up. Patrick and Jacqueline are ideal hosts. Friendly, just a few steps away on their rustic property, giving you privacy if you want it but always happy to chat and help. I'll mention again that Patrick is happy to help guests obtain tickets to the caves with prehistoric art; take him up on it! They're not so easy to obtain. And if a hot wave hits, the pool is a beauty.

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Shelley and her cute dog. The accommodation is cute, located in a quiet area, in beautiful nature. The place is really beautiful and peaceful. The pool is lovely. Shelley is a very nice host and very nice to meet. It's a home where you can feel good.

Stunning! Yes the house is amazing and the space is well furnished and the material noble (wood and stone)… but for us it was the stunning views of the entire valleys and the bright stars in the jacuzzi at night which made this place unforgettable.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

This was easily one of the most relaxing, wonderful places we have ever stayed. 5 days away felt like a month's holiday. Beautiful surroundings, extremely peaceful, lovely house. Lots to do in the nearby towns and villages. If you go, you'll want to stay longer and return.

Our stay was a lovely dream. The outdoor kitchen and pretty garden with bath was a place you might envisage in a fantasy. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates. Although the weather was unusually hot we were nice and cool within the traditional thick stone walls of the house. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the canoes floating round the bend of the the winding Dordogne river. We are very grateful for the experience. Thank you Steve and Eve. We stayed at Anne-Sophie's apartment for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. She had thoughtfully provided plenty of information about the town, as well as a lovely welcome gift of homemade apple juice and fig jam, whch was a really nice touch. Anne-Sophie was very helfpul and always quck to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here!

You couldn't wish for a better host than Arnaud! Proactively check if everything is to your liking, or inform if help is needed. Via the app to respect your peace and privacy, but take the time for a conversation if you want. The accommodation is new and cozy with an eye for details. We felt right at home there! The thick walls keep heat out and you can have a good night's sleep in the lovely beds and good sound insulation. The location is conveniently located in relation to the many attractions in the area. Much has already been written about it in the introduction to Arnoud and Elodie, but if you want to swim in peace, relax on the side and lie in the shade under the trees with a catering facility, go to Pont de Vicq in Le Buisson de Cadouin. The town of Monpazier is also definitely worth a visit! Normally, supermarkets are miles away, but in this place, there is one 900 meters away. Arnoud, Elodie, thank you for the wonderful time!!

Housing as in the photos. Hawa has always been very responsive in communication. The only thing to change would be the well aging shutters of the room on the street side which lets in a lot of light very early in the morning, which may be problematic for sleeping. Other than that everything was perfect, we had a nice stay in the area.

We particularly enjoyed this peaceful accommodation in the heart of the countryside and close to the various centers of interest of the Périgord Noir. We thank Mark and Polly for their kindness and hospitality.
