At the Bohème spa & relaxation gîte, you will find a real private spa area accessible year-round without time constraints and exclusive. the accommodation located at the gates of Carcassonne and Castelnaudary will allow you to visit medieval; local gastronomy and various hiking activities; mountain biking; wakeboarding and visiting museums and tourist sites. all amenities are within a 5-minute walk to the property (bakery; butcher caterer; tobacco store; pharmacy; supermarket; restaurant)

Salamander Chalet

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. You will find all amenities within 5 minutes by car (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, post office, supermarket) and many activities nearby (hiking, walking and mountain biking, wake boarding, museum/tourist site visits)

Cheminée, barbecue Bois fournis libre service. Pas de restauration possible. Les fêtes et la location des extérieurs ne sont pas acceptés.

Near Andorra. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 beds Kitchen opens to living room.

Large 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor located 5 min walk from the city, 3ha enclosed garden, 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 kitchen open to 1 living room, bright living room, garden furniture, plancha, swimming pool, baby equipment available (bed, bathtub, chair...). After the house of the winegrowers and staying at the foot of the city we offer you a new peaceful accommodation. At the foot of the city, this family cottage has all the comforts to welcome you. This vacation home with a view of the city from the terrace is perfect for the whole family as it accepts pets. It is a 3-minute walk from the entrance to the city. It is located in an easy location for access to everything, shops, grocery store, park, Rue Barbacane.

In winter and mid-season: this quiet apartment is ideal for hosting a couple, a small family or people on a business trip. In summer: the apartment stays very cool. The environment can be a little more lively and you can enjoy a shared terrace with barbecue and a 9x4 salt pool. As well as many deckchair spaces and garden furniture.

3* Farmhouse by the Canal du Midi

On the banks of the Canal du Midi, fully renovated house, located in a farmhouse. Close to Carcassonne and the Bram water sports center. We offer a 60 m2 cottage with electric radiators upstairs and a pellet stove in the living room. All rooms are air-conditioned. TV and free Wi-Fi, fully equipped separate kitchen. Linens are provided and beds are made. Outside, a terrace is available for your use.

At the foot of the ramparts and a somewhat secret staircase leading to the heart of the medieval city, our charming, fully renovated and equipped house is ideal for your family! You will make the most of this wonderful monument and relax in a serene and comfortable place with careful decoration. The 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom (shower) and a television screen, just like in a hotel.
