All amenities at 2 minute and 3 ski lifts within a few minutes walk. Check in/out is from Sunday to Sunday in principal in winterseason and Saturday to Saturday in summer. The house is located in a small hamlet of the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station To get to the resort near the house, a free shuttle takes you either to the Écudets chairlift 2 km away to go up to La Rosière, France-Italy international domain, or to Bourg-Saint-Maurice to take the funicular to go up to the Les Arcs resort.

Located in a small hamlet and on the top floor of our house, this studio offers a stay in the mountains in calm and serenity. You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. Station 9 km away by shuttle or car, with stunning views of the Tarentaise Valley.
