The fully equipped apartment for up to 4 people in the basement offers you: 1 bedroom (beds can be set up individually or as a double), bathroom, kitchen-living room with fireplace and sofa bed, terrace, as well as washer + dryer.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. The 60 m² accommodation is furnished in a simple country style, has a cosy living room with dining area and wood-burning stove, kitchenette, shower/WC, an anteroom with large wardrobe and a bedroom (1 double bed & 1 single bed) and thus offers space for 2-3 people. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV.
