Das Apartment befindet sich im Untergeschoss und bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in den Bergen – in zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem ruhiger Umgebung. Zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV können Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kulturelle Attraktionen schnell erreicht werden. Autos können kostenlos an der Straße geparkt werden. Das Wanderwege-Netz am Wank befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Das Bett ist 1,20m groß und Bad-Accessoires sind für Dich bereitgestellt.

The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, a TV as well as children's books and toys. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with 2 balconies.

The "Anni" holiday flat is situated in a sunny, quiet location in Leutasch, nestled in a garden with a resting place on the terrace. The 60 m² accommodation is furnished in a simple country style, has a cosy living room with dining area and wood-burning stove, kitchenette, shower/WC, an anteroom with large wardrobe and a bedroom (1 double bed & 1 single bed) and thus offers space for 2-3 people. My flat is located on s small hill above town and therefore the terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.
