Dorian’s apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a great time off. Every equipment that we needed was already there, such as a coffee machine with some capsules and basic cooking equipment like salt and pepper. We felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is stunning, the promenade and the beach are literally only 10 steps away. We would definitely visit again!

Fantastic modern apartment. Spotlessly clean. We absolutely loved the terrace, view and pool. There is some construction in the area but it wasn't intrusive whilst we were there. I would recommend a car to get around. We had a problem with the air con but the company were very responsive and helpful, sending someone round straight away to sort it out.

The hostess Sara, very attentive, immediately answers, the woman who receives you to enter the house (Mariona) very nice and helpful. The location of the house is very good. You can walk anywhere you want to visit. The views are super nice. The house is very large and it does not lack detail. I recommend it. We've been here this weekend and it's like home. One detail to keep in mind is that it has a garage, but the entrance is a bit narrow, but it is appreciated that it has one.

Great little town. The apartment was great, plenty of room with the suitcases. Fully matched the photos and ad. Quiet at night, neighbors were hardly heard or seen. It was told in advance that there were no grocery stores nearby, so we were able to prepare for that as well. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine. This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful villa. It has everything you could look for: spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, spotless bathrooms, comfortable terras, large swimming pool, great views, aircon units in every room and lots of children books and toys. The villa is coveniently located near Jávea, Dénia and a few other towns worth visiting. Beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful hikes are all a short drive away. Mariela is the perfect host who makes sure everything is taken care of. We would definitely recommend the villa, especially to families, and we will surely come again!

Really enjoyed the whole accommodation both indoor and outdoor with everything catered for. The whole complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. The beach is immediately accessible from the pool area and was never crowded and had safe bathing. Good choice of local restaurants and a use Spar supermarket only 200 metres away.

Beautiful accommodation to relax and yet close to all kinds of beautiful locations (sandy beach in Calpe, the authentic city of Althea, close to the bustling Benidorm). Jorge always responded within the hour and immediately thought along with us if we encountered a problem somewhere. It is interesting to note that silence was requested at the swimming pool between 2 pm and 5 pm in the afternoon. We solved this by going to the pebble beach at the hotel, or to the beach in Calpe just 10 minutes away. Had a great holiday with our two kids!

Beautiful accommodation

We loved our stay at Villa Felicity. The house is in a very quiet and pleasant area, ideal for resting. In addition, within a 15-20 minute drive there are many things to do: beautiful coves, charming villages, good restaurants and routes for walking or sports. The place was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We felt right at home. We definitely recommend it and hope to return soon.

We are very happy that we chose accommodation from Sonia. The apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet location, overlooking the countryside and mountains, with parking directly at the house. Possibility of using common pools with slides and a bar. The beach, restaurant and shop are within walking distance. I assumed that the apartment would be equipped as described, but the reality literally exceeded my expectations. The apartment was perfect, it had absolutely everything. Basically, everything you have at home and maybe even things you don't have at home :) The apartment has its charm, its soul and thanks to many decorations it is also very cozy. You really feel that someone has just entrusted you with their home so that you can spend your holiday there. Jose Luis's place is great. Excellent location, you leave the development directly to the beach. Spacious garage space with easy access. The apartment was perfect, clean and with everything you need, it was not necessary to buy anything. They even had beach chairs and a parasol. Jose Luis was attentive at all times to ensure that they lacked nothing. We will repeat for sure, we felt right at home.
