Comfy lower level with yard. Near WVU and town.

This ground level apartment is a 20 minute walk to downtown Morgantown as well as on the city bus line. The White park trails are a block away and it is near the Morgantown municipal ice rink. There are two grocery stores within a mile as well as a local tavern with amazing food and cold beer. ( one block away) The apartment is day bright and cozy at night. Queen bed. Fresh, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Private entrance and outdoor living space.
