Luca was super kind and helpful. Accommodation identical to the photos, very clean and tidy. Fabulous and easy to use whirlpool tub, all instructions are included. Quiet area and reserved covered parking. Nearby there are restaurants and pizzerias recommended by Luca, which are very good. A more than positive experience, definitely to be repeated.

Efisio's accommodation is equipped with everything you need for your stay, spacious and clean. The garden is very large and well-kept, our dog was able to enjoy the large space freely. From the house, you can hear the stream flowing. Great place to get away from the chaos of the city. We met Efisio and his parents, who were very kind and welcoming people. Efisio was an always available host, always responding quickly to messages, he met us half way for all our needs, he provided us with very useful information about the surroundings to visit, flexible with check-in and check-out times. For the self check-in, thanks to the precise indications provided by Efisio in advance, we had no problems. I recommend Efisio's accommodation to everyone! We hope to have the chance to come back!

I often return to Filettino, I had a house for rent for 6 years until 2012. For me it is a place to go outside the vacation periods to fully enjoy the local climate. Walks nearby, breathtaking views especially in October, friendliness. The apartment is in a good location. Forget the flat roads, here you go up and down stairs to go to the village and enjoy the surroundings. Warm house in winter with fireplace and thermo-fireplace. Cool in the summer. Beautiful view of the valley.

Superlative host, house of yesteryear to leave you breathless, wonderful landscape, views and places to visit. I highly recommend a stop at the Zarthman restaurant, I've never eaten so well, food prepared with love and only with the use of first choice organic local raw materials and biodynamic wines. A cut above all gourmet cheeses, the lamb skewers with local sheep meat and the very tender sheep of the brigands. Thank you, we'll be back as soon as possible
