House was meticulously kept, host was communicative & friendly & the location was ideal

We love Sun's place! She is a wonderful host. The place is perfect for exploring Durham. The neighborhood is also lovely to walk around in and safe no matter the hour. I work when I am here and the location/proximity to restaurants, grocery, Farmer's market on weekends, and Duke East Campus (if you need to shuttle to main that's easy too) make this a win for me. I also travel here with my kids and Sun's place has everything we need. Parking is also easy. Note that there are stairs which didn't affect us but may be an issue for others with mobility issues.

We enjoyed our stay at this air bnb. The flat is large and very comfortable. Juliana provided an accurate description of the flat and surrounding area. The flat was very clean and large. Juliana is very responsive.

We needed a quick place to stay for a few days while my dad was in the hospital. Hosts were very attentive and generous.

We stayed at Rob & Susan's for a long weekend, two couples and 4 children. The layout was perfect for us. The home is super clean and comfortable. We were able to cook and clean up easily. There's lots of space for everyone and plenty of thoughtful touches. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked with much more than expected. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with easy access to the community pool, which was lovely. The communication was great, very fast responses to text and emails. I highly recommend and we certainly hope to return! Thank you so much Rob & Susan for being absolutely perfect hosts!

My time here was amazing! Everything was very clean and the home was very cozy!! The AC did go down briefly but Jasmine was right on it with getting it fixed !! I will definitely be coming back thank you so much Jasmine!

We had a basketball tournament at Raleigh convention center and Charles place worked out perfect for my 4 daughters and myself to stay.If they have the tournament again we will definitely book with Charles again .

We had a very nice stay at Leigh's. The location is outstanding with tons of restaurants and parks nearby. The neighborhood was great also with lots of people out walking. Her place was very cute and homey. Also well stocked kitchen. Check in and check out was seamless and easy!

Super clean townhouse close to NC State Fairgrounds! We had 2 groups of 2, and enjoyed the privacy with a bedroom (2 on second floor) and full bath on each level. Really nice back deck. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and will be back for our next horse show!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is thoughtfully decorated with cozy touches that made it feel warm and inviting. The backyard was a huge hit with our dogs… plenty of space for them to explore and relax! It’s also in a great spot, close to everything we wanted to see and do in Raleigh, and just a minute or two from the highway, which made getting around super easy. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was my first time using Airbnb, prior I had used Vrbo. Tyler was very welcoming and responsive to anything that I needed or any questions that I had. The home is as described in the photos and the area is safe and secure. My family and I stayed 17 nights, and it felt like we were leaving home once we finally left Tyler’s place as we had gotten used to the area and his home. I loved the master shower, it made for great relaxing and the bathroom had plenty of space. There are also two additional bathrooms in the home and they were nice and clean. The master bed was super comfortable and my children enjoyed the other available rooms. We also enjoyed the desks in the second and third bedrooms as it accommodated space for my children’s laptops and their ability to complete homework. Overall I am happy with the decision to choose Tyler’s home, and I would definitely book again. Enjoy!

Alexis's place was a great home base for us. It was well set up for a longer stay with kitchen basics, plenty of dishwasher and laundry detergent, and towels for both the pool and the bath. It is easy to walk to the pool and you can access the Greenway and Shelly Lake Park without a car and without crossing the big road out front. Alexis replied within minutes whenever we contacted her.

Beautiful and well appointed duplex. I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Great location walkable to restaurants, Duke University and downtown, yet quiet and homey. Bed was so comfortable and cozy, the bathrooms clean well designed. At the top of my list for Airbnb. We would happily stay there again.

Such a lovely place, with the most thoughtful Airbnb host that I’ve had in 10 years! Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay and it was so appreciated. We stayed for a family graduation weekend and enjoyed it immensely. The screened porch was so nice in the mornings with coffee listening to the birds, and fire pit at night was great to spend some time together.

Stayed here to go to a show at Bowstring, about a 5 minute walk away. Location and interior worked out perfectly, saw the whole show 7-10pm, asleep by 10:45. The couch in the living room was fantastically comfortable. There are several other restaurants within walking distance, and it wouldn't be a bad spot at all for anyone visiting Raleigh from out of town. Thanks Meredith !

My family was traveling to shop for a home in NC and this was perfect for young kids to have their own spaces and a pool for our downtime!
