La piece de resistance is the open plan kitchen/living room, its stunning views and beautiful decor. We love the oval oak dining table and the sofas centered around the wood burner.

Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

Free parking just outside the building for 1 car. 10mins walk to town, bus station is 250 meters away. Pleney lift 900 meters ( 2 bus stops), Nyon lift 900 meters ( 2 bus stops), Avoriaz ski area 5km.

We rent our cottage with all amenities and games for kids dvd, various games (lego playmobil barbies sylvania books monopoly trivial pursuit...) There is a terrace where you can eat, a BBQ, a ping-pong table We offer waste sorting with 1 bin for plastics, 1 bin for glass, 1 compost. We don't accept pets in winter because it's too much maintenance (dirt due to snow) We lend out sleds and snowshoes.⛄️
