Excellent place in a good area in Athens ! The apartment is very clean, big and nicely designed. The area is very good with very easy access to the center, metro and many other points of interest. Right next to coffee and breakfast places (mpougatsa thessalonikis for proper pastry lovers). Amazing and very reaponsive hosts that also arrange airport transfers !

Von A bis Z waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, hell, sehr schön eingerichtet & man hat eine wunderbare Sicht auf die Akropolis. Ringsrum gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants & Cafés :) Die Kommunikation mit Konstantinos war sehr angenehm & wir haben stets zeitnah eine Antwort erhalten. Wieder in Athen würde ich die gleiche Unterkunft buchen.

This apartment is perfect for 2 separate travellers/couples, each with their own private space and bathroom. It's quiet and comfortable, despite being in the middle of the action of Giza. The view from the terrace overlooks an entertainment precinct with views to the Acropolis. it's a great place to relax and listen to all the excitement around the area. The owner was particularly helpful and responsive when it came to being accidentally locked out of the apartment, and then arranging some luggage to be stored after check out. It would be a pleasure to stay here again.

Греція — чудова країна! Афіни — одне з найкращих міст у Греції. Повітря тут дуже сухе, але комфортне. Житло, яке ми орендували, виявилося приємним і дуже чистим — все відповідало фото. Власник дуже ввічливий і швидко відповідав на всі запитання. Квартира чиста, сусіди спокійні — нам усе дуже сподобалося! Є лише два невеликі моменти: 1️⃣ Сток у ванній постійно забивався, тому вода стікала дуже повільно. Нас було троє дівчат, і через це доводилося чекати, поки можна знову скористатися душем. 2️⃣ О 6-й ранку двірники миють під’їзд і прибирають сміття спеціальною машиною — це досить гучно, тому можна прокинутися від шуму. Для тих, хто подорожує з маленькими дітьми, це може бути незручністю. Загалом усе дуже сподобалося! Рекомендуємо це житло й дякуємо власнику за гостинність! 🫶🍓

Better than the photos ! Incredible decor , comfy beds , impeccably clean , extremely kind hosts ,water in the fridge and breakfast goodies , close to port and metro ... spectacular !!! Hugely recommendable !!!

Jättefin lägenhet, motsvarade verkligen beskrivningen. Trevligt område, lugnt och tyst och nära till allt, restauranger, caféer, bageri, spårvagn, buss och havet, allt inom 5 min gångavstånd. Hjälpsam och trevlig värd, mycket tydliga instruktioner och snabba svar på frågor. Det enda vi hade problem med var att öppna nyckelskåpet. Instruktionerna var tydliga men det var ändå svårt att få upp, men det gick till slut. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende och skulle gärna komma tillbaka!

The apartment is in a very nice neighborhood, calm, peaceful and modern. The city center is really easy to reach by public transport, just 2 to 3 stops away. The apartment was very clean and met all our needs. The bed was truly fantastic, really comfortable. We especially loved the kitchen and the small terrace. The little welcome gifts were a very thoughtful touch. If we return to Athens, we would happily stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious home. Great location. So much to love about this place. Georgios and Nikolia are wonderful and responsive hosts. Comfy mattresses and pillows. AC in every room. One amenity that really impressed us was the water cooler - this is not what we use to see in Airbnb's, it was really thoughtful and appreciated. It's been my second stay in this beautiful house, will definitely choose to stay here again for our next trips.

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

This apartment is a hidden gem in Athens. Spacious, new, clean and fantastic easy location to local restaurants (better food and pricing than more touristy places around Plaka) and walking distance to Acropolis/surrounding areas. Had all supplies and amenities needed. Although main entrance on a central road, apartment itself facing a quaint side street so no hindrance from traffic or other noise. Will definitely stay here again when next in Athens.

Angie and Stavros are wonderful, friendly, and artistic people. They think of everything in terms of supplies and amenities in their place. Such a fun, creative, and whimsical apartment and patio. This was our second time to stay at their place, and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Athens. Also, very easily reachable on the 856 bus which you can catch in Syntagma Square. Very highly recommend!!!

Exactly what we needed.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

Great place to stay out of the busyness of Athen Acropolis but so easy to get there using the metro. Nice to have extra space outside which was helpful to dry washing.

Fantastic host — so helpful and easy to communicate with. Welcomed us when we arrived which was a lovely touch & arranged transport for us. The apartment is beautiful — really cool stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Highly recommended! It is very convenient but also safe (this apartment has a security system), and the facilities are also very nice (like Simmons washing machine)

apartment was clean and well maintained. Yannis went out of his way to set us up with transportation from the airport to his apartment. and then again from the apartment to the port for our cruise. Very helpful. would definitely stay here again. lots of stuff to see locally.

This was such a great place to stay!! So clean, peaceful, and private! The views were breathtaking! WHAT a picturesque sunset going down in the mountains! The best! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks to Nikos for being an absolutely amazing host!

The apartment has all the amenities you need to enjoy a short or a longer stay. The wash machine was a very nice feature. The area is very close to all the best attractions and restaurants. We arrived on a Monday with a local farmers market happening a block away. This really set the mood for a local experience. We walked everywhere we went. Be mindful that this area is in a hilly area, but nothing very difficult. Yes, we would stay here again when we return.

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Η επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα ήταν άμεση κάθε φορά και έδειξε πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας, θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά.

We stayed 3 nights in this Airbnb. First of all, we would like to thank Kostis for the clear explanation about the use of the Airbnb and the incredibly quick responses to our questions. The airbnb is clean, modern and cozy. So highly recommended. A plus is also that you can reach the Metxourghio metro station within a 5-minute walk and thus easily visit all the hotspots of Athens.
