Holiday rentals with beach access in Mouans-Sartoux

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Le logement correspond exactement à la description. Très bonne communication avec Eleanor et Sébastien. Le logement n'est pas très bien insonorisé, on entend les bruits de pas au dessus, mais ça m'a pas tant dérangé que ça. Mon seul souci a été la montée très escarpée pour accéder au logement en voiture ainsi que la place de parking difficile puisque entre un scooter, un mur et une autre voiture, mais là encore tout été décrit sur l'annonce, je me suis garée du mieux que je pouvais, et il semblerait que ça n'ait pas dérangé les autres hôtes, donc pas de problème. Le logement a tout ce qu'il faut. Merci pour votre accueil, j'y suis allée pour le travail et c'est exactement ce dont j'avais besoin.

This apartment might have been one of our favorite things in our 3 week Family Europe trip. Nestled on a side street of Cannes, it is super close to all the action. The street below is bustling, but the sleeping is peaceful since the rooms are located in the rear of the floor plan. It was SO well laid out and decorated, I want K to come design my own home! K and her husband hosted us like family, making sure all of our comforts were met. This place is reason enough to come enjoy the South of France. Merci!!!

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

Christophe’s apartment was perfect for our stay. I was a bit surprised there was only one toilet even though there were two walk in showers but it wasn’t a problem at all for two people. The living space was so spacious, both indoors and outdoors. The wrap around terrace provided gorgeous panoramic views of the water and the city. Really special place and would stay again if back to Cannes.

La communication avec Edouard s'est très bien passée. L'appartement est bien situé et la vue du balcon est magnifique. L'appartement est juste en face de la plage et pas loin du centre d'Antibes.

Wow, Wow, Wow....fantastic stay at this beautiful and cosy apartment. Beautiful high standard decor, everything works well, hot water, electric blinds etc. really well equipped too. Its in the heart of Antibes about 15 min walk from the train station on flat wide pavements. The balcony is spacious and has a wonderfully view of the sea. There is plenty of room for the 2 x sun loungers if you just want to chill and top up the tan. Great communication and welcome from Chloe on arrival who told us all we needed to know about the property and the area. Highly recommended

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable et accueillante, Régine a très bien su nous accueillir et nous a même conseiller quoi faire dans les environs , je recommande sans hésitation. 😊

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. We had a fantastic time at this absolute lovely apartment. The location is perfect, with the beach and numerous restaurants right out the front doors to the building. The apartment itself could not be nicer. The views are out of this world. And the living space is clean and inviting. Finally, the host was very responsive and even kindly let us check in early. Beds very comfortable. Waking up to a dreamy view was heavenly. Just could not get enough! Alexandra is super sweet and kind. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. Location so central and like 8-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and all the happenings in tgr old town and the famous shoppings streets. . Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Die Garage war ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Check-In und Check-Out verliefen völlig unkompliziert, und der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup!

Great place for vacation, the apartment contained everything needed for swimming, cooking and all instructions are clear and easy to understand, the sea view was awesome , in addition to that, Han was very communicative and asked each time if we need anything extra. I would just recommend for anyone who wants to have vacation in Nice. Thank you Han for providing such a great accommodation and service.
