Apartment holiday rentals in Mougins

My husband and I love this town, so close to the train for exploring the Riveria. Plenty of coffee shops and wine bars right at the accommodation. The studio is so clean. Could do with some hand towels and the AC was on fan mode but this was a minor thing.

Fantastic seaside view, and clean room , nice host !

Peggy was a fantastic host! And her new flat is exactly as advertised: beautifully decorated, centrally, located, quiet, and above all else, extremely comfortable! Highly recommend to any couple or couple with small children. Parking in the garage is perfect for a small car; if you have a larger vehicle, there is plenty of public parking right outside of the building, which is free from 7 PM to 9 AM every day. We really enjoyed the blackout shades and extremely comfortable bed! Thanks again, Peggy for making us feel right at home!

Jean-Yves is a very warm and friendly owner who responds very quickly. Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Lots of light, plenty of storage space, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of cooking equipment. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very clean. Made up beds and towels were provided. Secure parking in front of the car. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, but at the same time offers peace and quiet. We greatly enjoyed our vacation and would like to thank Jean-Yves for the warm welcome and its availability. We will definitely come back!

Marco and his home in Mougins are absolutely spectacular. Great location on the hills overlooking the French countryside. Breathtaking views from the courtyard and pool. The private pool was very refreshing, especially in the summer heat - tremendous value and even more beautiful than the pictures! The house was very clean and had all the amenities! Marco went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home. He was very responsive, kind, and gave recommendations to restaurants and shops in the area. We had a car rental so it was helpful to be able to park in the private, gated driveway, but Ubers were also easily available to take us to restaurants in town. We will absolutely visit again when we come back to Mougins, thank you Marco and team for an incredible experience!

excellent apartment for those who love tranquility surrounded by nature. We were on bicycles and the climb that leads to the house is quite challenging, but it was worth the effort. The terrace where we dined is beautiful. Clean and welcoming environment. recommended

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Jordi's is 10/10 perfect location and space. I visit this listing many times and it as if I am coming home. Always in perfect shape and Jordi is a delight. I will continue to return.

This air b&b was amazing. So spacious, comfortable, huge balcony with gorgeous views. Two bathrooms & a bidet. Wow! Great location & the host was lovely!

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Your apartment is more beautiful than the photos and such a welcome retreat at the end of the day. Everything was perfect! Communication was excellent, very helpful. The complex is at the top of a steep hill which gives you beautiful view from the balcony. There is a bus stop at the gate so you can get home without the hill climb. Would definitely recommend to stay at Joyce’s apartment, you will not want to leave! Thank you Joyce, we hope to come back again.

Expectations met for the short trip.

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up at the station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. Clean and great location !

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

We had a really nice time in Mandelieu la Napoule and the apartment was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and was close to town, the beach and the train station. Violaine was a great host and answered all of our questions. She also gave us tips on restaurants and day trips. We would gladly stay at the apartment again if we would come back to Mandelieu.
