Comfy, clean and cute! Only 5 min drive to downtown. The house is one story and located in a quaint neighborhood. Inside as you entered there is a spacious living room with a L shaped couch overlooking the beautiful modern electric fireplace and large TV. Great layout with Master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Outside there is a porch in front, a large covered lanai in the back and big fenced yard for your pets.

A covered porch is showcased, adorned with climbing plants and vibrant foliage. Two sets of double doors lead into the cottage. A mix of potted plants and outdoor seating arrangements provides a welcoming atmosphere, inviting guests to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty.

The Cottage is detached from the main home with an enclosed private patio. The shoreline of the lake is PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH PRIVATE DOCKS. Guests have public access points. ****SERVICE ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED*** We live on the property and therefore, it is not considered a public accommodation.
