Great neighborhood/Apartment & nice host!

We were in Fairfield for Father's Day weekend for a family reunion, so we basically needed a place to sleep and shower. Stephanie's place was clean, attractively decorated and well suited for our needs. With having a full kitchen and washer/dryer, it would be perfect for longer stays as well.

Nice clean place perfect for working in town. Quiet. Not the Ritz or riverfront but i will definitely stay here for the next one

I stayed here for two days to make my commute to work easier with the weather, so a very last minute booking. I was so pleased at how fast Angela responded & got me in there. She was super helpful & the place was so nice & clean! The instructions to get there, and to get inside were spot on too! Definitely recommend this place & will be telling co-workers if they’re looking for somewhere to stay :)

Angela was an excellent hostess for a very needed girls’ get away! The Loft is spacious, well cleaned, and decorated. My friend and I had a wonderful time learning about New Harmony’s history and enjoying the many shops while enjoying how convenient The Loft is located download. I will be recommending this listing to anyone interested in staying in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Melissa’s house! The home was immaculate, smelled great, and was stocked with everything one may need! We loved how walkable it was too- food and entertainment just a block away and also right next door. I’d stay again and recommend to everyone 💓

Place was clean and looked like the photos. We stayed during the weekend, the bedrooms are facing Franklin street, which can be quite loud, so even though the beds were comfortable enough, the noise was a bit of a problem.

High end linens, very white and clean, wonderful pillows. Very comfortable. my second year staying there. Karen is very kind and friendly

An excellent apartment with a kitchen of the highest quality. Very pleasant space with a countryside feel. Great find for the area. The host is most kind and helpful!

Host was great, space was clean and easy to locate, I would only suggest that a binder with rules, wifi information, and local business phone numbers would be a great addition!

Brian’s place was perfect for my trip. 7 minute drive to work. Easy to find. Room to relax after long days. I will stay here again when I come back to Fort Branch.

This is my third stay at Sean’s downtown digs. This is a great location, walkable to a great coffee shop, restaurants, downtown, and the Ohio Riverfront. The apartment itself is spacious and gets lots of natural light. With windows on three sides and plenty of fans it was cool and comfortable despite the warm outside temperatures. We didn’t even feel the need to use the window AC, although it was there should we have needed it. I will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Sean’s place! The location was great, it was easy to get in and out, and the place was clean with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Sean was very responsive and friendly when we had wifi issues as well, which was appreciated! The only thing I would add is that if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs because the walls are pretty thin and we could hear footsteps/voices upstairs, but that doesn’t change my 5 star rating at all and I’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Have stayed here a couple of times, very comfortable and clean, and host is always quick to respond when I needed anything. Thank you!
