House holiday rentals in Mount Vernon

Such a wonderful house! Host even left things in case you forgot anything. More than enough towels. Rooms were very large. Pool was very inviting with the slide and diving board! Also played a little basketball with the kids! We are already planning on when to come back. House was very nice! Had a great time!

Paradise tucked away in the city. Everything was clean and well maintained. The outdoor space was everything I hoped for and more!

Kelly and Jason are incredible hosts. So friendly and helpful. The house is decorated beautifully. Everything is top of the line. Bed Linens, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. And the backyard is awesome. The pool was immaculate, hot tub great. Lots of chairs, tables, a fire pit. We loved it. It is just like the pictures. The host are so thoughtful, if you have forgotten anything no worries, they have you covered. Will definitely stay again. Stayed with daughter her husband, son and his wife, 6 and 4 year old grand daughters and 4 week old grandson. Had more than enough room. They even had a pack n play. We stay in airbnb's everywhere we go and this is one of nicest we have stayed in. Thank you for making our family weekend a great one. Location is also great . Right off Fredrica and the bypass.

We absolutely LOVED this home!! It was very clean, spacious enough for six people and it was in a great location. We all often struggle to feel at home but instantly it felt like home to us. If we are ever needing a place in this area again, we will 100% be hoping this home is available again. The host was also very responsive and seemed super sweet!

We had a great time at India’s house. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We felt very safe. India was quick to respond to any questions we had. She even had a couple things delivered to us. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We wanted to stay in the pool the whole time. We would definitely stay here again.

Had the best time during our stay! The house was very clean, lots of rooms, and a great layout. Perfect space for getting ready the morning of my wedding. Highly recommend to anyone!

The house was beautiful. It was peaceful and relaxing, which is exactly what we needed. The only thing that would have made this stay better is if I could have taken the master bathroom and kitchen and put it in my own house! The bed was super comfortable which is always a risk when staying somewhere. I will say, we have stayed at other homes that will take off some of the price if you don’t use all the bedrooms and bathrooms (they keep them locked if not needed) and that would have been nice here, as we did not use two of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms, but it will not stop us from staying here again in the future! We will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful updated home! Had high end appliances, tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable! Loved the great water pressure.Enjoyed the big screen tvs. Outside was very manicured. Enjoyed the big covered porch as it rained a lot. Thomas’s place is fantastic! A roomy stay, all the necessities provided, great hang space in a gorgeous finished basement and overall really well built home. Would recommend and hope to come back!!

Rudolph's place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of nice amenities in the kitchen, including coffee and creamer. The decor was very tasteful and nice. And the fenced backyard was a plus.

Looking for a place downtown especially for a family, this place is a great choice. The house has old charm and comfortable modern furniture and decor. Placed in an old neighborhood that is eclectic and historic. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a nice stay for an extended weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at Rolling Meadows Place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked - everything from spices to a Keurig, air fryer, and even cookbooks! The fenced in back yard was also a great bonus! Check-in was easy, the neighborhood was peaceful but close to everything, and the host was responsive and kind. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Evansville!

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was ideal for us. Had everything a person would need, therefore contacting John was not necessary. The home was exceptionally clean. Due to rainy weather we didnt get time to check out the town but should we be in the area we will make we do so and if available will stay here again. I recommend this place more definite.

Rodney was a fantastic host. He was quick to reply to any questions we had. The house was exactly as pictured. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had many options of pillows (some soft, some firm, some extra fluffy!) everything in the house was thoughtful from the pillows to the the light switches with labels to what they went to! We will definitely stay there again next year.

Julie was a great host & even decorated for Christmas for us which made it great. The house was very clean and was as described. Even though the house looks small it is very spacious inside and we comfortably fit 5. The area is nice and feels safe. It was great being so close to the river and walking path. We would definitely stay here again

A Truly Special Getaway! We've been lucky enough to return to this wonderful vacation rental multiple times, and it's become our absolute favorite. The open concept space is huge with a large dining table and a kitchen island . The kitchen cabinets are filled with everything you need for meal preparation. Jolene provides plenty of snacks and homemade cinnamon rolls which are heavenly! The furniture in the living area is incredibly comfortable and we love the cozy little wall fireplace. The outdoor patio has a picnic table as well as a fire pit with plenty of seating. We love to have our morning coffee outside each day. And speaking of coffee, the large coffee bar has plenty of supplies plus a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. There is also a wine refrigerator that is always well stocked. Brick Street Inn is always immaculate , exceeding our expectations. Our only complaint is that we're never there long enough-you have truly spoiled us! Thanks, Jolene!

Honestly this was the best to date. Very clean and comfortable. We traveled from VA to IN with 3 kids, the house worked perfectly. Definitely will recommend!
