The home was very cute, clean, with a well stocked kitchen! Lauren was also very responsive and offered lots of suggestions. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the Bushkill area!

I stayed at Vinnie's with my family for my graduation! It's such a beautiful area- so much wildlife! - and the house overlooks the river! I'm from Boston and it was so nice to get out of the city for a few days and reconnect with my family and nature. We saw 6 deer, a raccoon, a skunk, and an opossum :) Vinnie was extremely responsive with any questions we had and was very kind. Thanks for a great weekends Vinnie!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Sparta was perfect for a weekend away. It was a short walk away from a beautiful private lake and quiet and relaxing. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

This was easily the nicest Air BNB I’ve ever stayed at. The cabin was beautiful inside and sparkling clean. The appliances, grill, bathroom fixtures, mattress and bedding were top of the line and wildly luxurious. The setting was beautiful. We saw so much wildlife just on the property and the location was central to some of the nicest hikes in the Delaware Water Gap. Really beautiful stay and definitely worth every penny.

We just stayed here for a 4-day Girls' Trip and had an amazing time! The house exceeded our expectations, with everything we could have possibly needed. Adam's instructions were clear, check in was super easy, and he has been super quick to respond to any questions. The house and surroundings were clean, quiet, and peaceful. If you come in the warm months be sure to ask for the kayaks and paddle boards to be left out! We had a blast! The house was also close to lots of trails for hiking and great restaurants. Overall, a 5/5 experience, would definitely recommend!

He provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and gave us clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in. The house itself was absolutely perfect – cozy, inviting, and the hot tub was spotless and spacious, making it the perfect spot to unwind. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable and everything worked nicely. The place was so peaceful and private, and the surroundings were beautiful. We visited the Bushkill Falls, which is only a few minutes away from the house, so location was perfect for us. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub and sauna, but both looked clean and well-maintained. Communication with hosts was also excellent! I recommend staying here and would come back again.

I booked this property as a kind of ad hoc writing retreat. It was the perfect location to complete what work I needed to do. A quick drive into Sparta for restaurants and supplies also made this a great location.

Great place to go and unwind, take a break from the city, very quiet and peaceful place, felt right at home so comfortable and clean my kids loved the lake and didn't wanted to leave. Great host very attentive & great communication very helpful with directions too, can't wait to go back, the house has everything you need to spend quality time with family. (Or friends). Thanks.

This was a great place for a family get away! This house was in a calm and quiet neighborhood full of wildlife and the kitchen was great for cooking together.

My family and I had an amazing 5-day vacation at this cozy cabin in the woods. The cabin was spotless and beautifully decorated with modern mountain charm. After long days of hiking, it was a treat to unwind in the luxurious copper tub or the spacious shower. One of our favorite parts of the stay was feeding the trout in the stocked ponds—such a fun and memorable experience! The evenings were just as magical, with a warm fire pit and twinkling outdoor string lights setting the perfect mood. There was plenty of parking, which made things easy for our group. This spot would be ideal for a larger gathering, too—renting all three cabins would be perfect for a family reunion or group getaway. David was a fantastic host—always responsive, helpful, and clearly dedicated to creating an excellent guest experience. The location is also great for nature lovers, with easy driving access to hiking gems like Bushkill Falls and Raymondskill Falls. Highly recommend this stay! We’d love to come back!

We stayed here for friends wedding in the area. Cabin was located just a short 20min drive and easily accessible. The cabin is small and cozy perfect for a small gathering of friends. It was raining most of the weekend so we didn’t use the outside as much but the backyard had a great view of the lake and had a nice little table on the stairs where you can just sit and enjoy the view. I would stay here again.

This was exactly the break that my family needed for a couple of days. I loved having no TV and lots of opportunities to hike to see waterfalls and fresh air! The kitchen was well set up for meals at home. It was chilly and rained most of the time, but we played cards and talked - so great! We were able to have an outdoor fire the last night and it was perfect! My only recommendation (and this has nothing to do with the cute house) for people coming to the area is to bring some printed maps as the area has very little cell phone coverage and we might have missed some of what we wanted to see as we simply couldn't find it. The falls we hiked (Hackers, Raymondskill, Dingmans and Silver Thread) were amazing! I would rent this place again!

Wonderful cabin, well appointed with a great view of the Lake! Very peaceful in winter. A well appointed kitchen and a wood burning stove fireplace made staying in a joy! Both hosts were a pleasure to speak with and always responsive. Looks forward to opportunities to return!

We had a wonderful family vacation over Memorial Day weekend at the cabins. The cabins were an ideal set-up for multiple families—clean, well-stocked, lots of fun games & books. We loved the Blackstone grill and used it for all our meals to feed a group. The screened in front porch was a great spot to read a book & listen to the river. Carrie was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive & proactive. She made checking in & out a breeze! Would highly recommend a stay here, especially for families.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. We experienced the first snow here, it was absolutely peaceful and serene. The cottage is located on a spacious farm, offering a perfect blend of privacy and convenience, with restaurants, grocery stores, and the train station all nearby. Communication with George was excellent—he checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

We had a relaxing stay here. The view was lovely and house was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive too.

The Nordic Cabin was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the modern design, furnishings, and decor really stand out. Instructions of how to get into the cabin and the pitcures provided made check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of white wine and a few treats were left for us. The kitchen offered different spices, oils, milk, and eggs. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the cozy living room and slept well in the beautiful bedroom. Last, I have to say that the first time we opened the gate at night, after dinner in Warwick, and saw all of the outdoor lights on, really made it feel like we were entering an enchanted garden. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Kamil and Margaret!!

The cabin itself was pristine. Incredibly well thought out mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. I was very pleased at how clean and well maintained the cabin was. Every piece of furniture extremely comfortable from the living area, to the den, to the beds! Cabinets were well stocked with everything you could need for cooking, baking, grilling and frying. Beautiful hand built closets full of extra blankets, towels, sheets, clothing iron and other things to make your stay that much more comfortable. The main bathroom was one of the main reasons I picked this place. It is so gorgeous! Renovated and stunning. Double large skylights that look up through the trees and into the stars. The river is a 5 second walk across the small dirt road and through a very cute archway of small trees. Eric and the team were so accommodating when something was not working. They immediately sent over substitute items to address the problem. I was very impressed with that level of service.

Alexandra was very attentive and responsive. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately kept.

This cabin was very cozy and the surrounding area was very scenic and pretty, as well as quiet and peaceful. Kerri allowed my group of friends to shoot our short film outside the house, and it was a great location for filming as well as a great place for some of the crew members to stay overnight and hangout after shoot. We didn't have much free time but we were provided with lots of recommendations of places to checkout nearby and I'd love to maybe rent the place again sometime to explore the scenery. The neighbors were friendly and Kerri gave us very clear and useful information about the house to make our stay easy.

Aretha is so friendly and her place is very nice. She went out of her way with little touches that made us feel so welcome, like snacks and cold water in the fridge. We had a great stay. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Very close to bushkill falls and about 25 minutes from Delaware Water Gap. We enjoyed our adventures! A heads up for folks who will be in and out often, you have to stop at the entrance gate every time. That line could het kind of long, and was the only thing I’d change about the stay if I could.
