Trevorrows loft is a bright and contemporary space hidden in the heart of the traditional old part of Newlyn, between Mousehole and Penzance. A moment's walk from the tolcarne gastro pub, the famous art gallery, and right on top of Newlyn green beach, leading to Penzance promenade. It's a traffic free location, although pre paid space in car park 50 yards away. The art is by local painter Ricky Chaplain, and the sun streams into the house in the mornings. The master bedroom is an en suite loft and has a beautifully open feel.

Epic sea views, quiet area in Newlyn with parking!

My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. Best described by previous guests; Fall straight into Cornish time with lazy mornings, long days and joyful returns. mOlly mUppeT is hidden amongst the houses behind the owners cottage and she soon becomes a real home and a stunning place from which to explore. So very cute in every way, the attention to detail is second to none. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, whilst the garden was a little piece of heaven. A memorable base for a memorable holiday!
