The accommodation can accommodate 6 people. Completely renovated in 2023, great care has been given to the design and layout. Comfortably restored, it has a bedroom with a double bed (+ a mattress on the floor on request), a living room (convertible sofa) with kitchenette and wood stove, separate toilet, bathroom with enameled bathtub and is extended by a veranda. The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

In the heart of nature, 10 minutes from Egletons

Enjoy the calm in the heart of the slopes of the Château de Sedieres. Facing nature, you can recharge your batteries, soak up the sun on its fully enclosed 40 m2 terrace, have lunch under the pergola, admire the stars, listen to the deer's bellow... We accept animals, however, they will have to tolerate our Jack Russel, the 4 cats, the 2 chickens who can play the curious around the terrace. Located at the bottom of our property, you are totally independent.

Adorable Cabin by the Pond

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently renovated, simple and friendly waterfront cabin. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked paths. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Our charming little independent house of 28m2 is located in a remote location 4km away from Peyrelevade in the fresh air of the Plateau De Millevaches. You can practice hiking and mountain biking, go fishing.... You are in the heart of calm, serenity, tranquility and clean air, ideal for resting. The gite is ideal for 2 people.
