Die stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung bietet eine ruhige Atmosphäre und ist ideal für kurze wie auch längere Aufenthalte. Sie liegt bewusst abseits vom Trubel und ermöglicht erholsame Tage, während Bad Neuenahr und Ahrweiler in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die private Sauna zur exklusiven Nutzung. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und sofort einsatzbereit. Wäsche kann ebenfalls bei Bedarf gewaschen, getrocknet und gebügelt werden.

Here you can stay in a small detached house with 1000 sqm fenced property and distant views over the Ober-Bergisches Land. The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. The property was completed in March 2014 and thus presents itself as a new building. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020.

The house is rented exclusively to one or two adults. The former hunting lodge from the 1920s has been restored with preferably traditional building materials. This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology. Occasional private use - therefore personally furnished.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
